Room was clean, beds were comfortable and the staff were approachable and friendly.

Cons:

I didn’t book the shuttle as I had a large suitcase, a small carry on and my hand bag and the “terms” stated only 1 carry on. I feel that for such an international airport that most passengers would have 2 piece of hand luggage. This meant at the total cost of transfer from the airport for me was 30 euro each way on top of the 170 euro hotel room charge. This meant I should have just booked a room in the terminal building as it would have cost the same over all.

Even if I could have booked the shuttle, it’s stopped at 11pm which means I couldn’t use it as my arrival flight landed at 11pm.

Perfect for the busy traveler
Pros:

Breakfast was good but the bar pricing was excellent! Makes it nice to be able to put up your feet at the end of the day without feeling like you're paying downtown prices.
Gym - clean and new equipment. Not a gym rat so all was well for me!
Proximity to airport - great for a quick taxi ride to/from. Made it easy for us to do a 1 night stay over to visit Madrid!
Check in - smooth and they had a room for us at 8AM! Amazing after a sleepless overnight flight.

Cons:

Shuttle service was slow and minimally available. We could use it when we arrived but our late morning departure had no option.
Neighborhood - the parking from the nearby companies made it very difficult for our shuttle & taxis to access the hotel. Not sure there is much the hotel can do about that.

Corta estancia en Madrid
Pros:

El hotel esta ubicado muy cerca al aeropuerto, las habitaciones son muy comodas, el personal fue muy amable y el servicio de shuttle hacia el aeropuerto fue muy util. Fue perfecto para un par de noches en Madrid.

Todo esta preparado para el confort y la facilidad que necesita un viajero en tránsito- Y cualquier problema trata de ser solucionado por el personal. Muy bueno, aun para estar pocas horas en el hotel.
