The Holiday Inn Express served my purpose
Pros:

Clean, comfortable, up to date facility

Cons:

Even though for my purpose the location is good, the general area around it is not clean and seems to be in development.
The hotel sits in a location that you want to use to get in and out of the city.
Five years from now I am sure things will be different

Met our needs.
Pros:

Nice room but small. Two unwrapped glasses were on the counter so I wasn’t sure they were clean. Asked for clean glasses at the desk and was given two that looked just the same.

Cons:

Would have preferred glasses that were wrapped and sanitized
