Spacious rooms and very clean.

2 separate bedrooms - both with ensuite. Mirror images of each other. Ideal for a family or 2 couples.
The Sofas in the lounge (common area) were not very comfortable. Very low sitting and high chances of hurting the back. Also there is no desk/table to work - if you want to do a work from there holiday.
The surroundings of the hotel are beautiful. The room is very spacious.
The hotel's housekeeping wasn't very good. We had informed them in advance that there would be two of us staying, but there was only one bath towel in the bathroom, and nothing else was provided. And when I took a shower that evening and went to use the towel, I found a hair in the folded part of it.
We booked a suite for two nights for our bridal party as it was close to our wedding venue. The property exceeded my expectations - the suites were modern, spacious and clean with beautiful views from the windows and the location was quiet. I booked via booking.com but was in touch with the property directly prior to our stay in order to clarify a few requests and the customer service received was excellent. Our vendors had no trouble accessing our suite directly for deliveries on the morning of the wedding - it was a great location to get ready! Breakfast in the Clubhouse Restaurant was also delicious and great value for money. I would definitely stay here again for other events on the peninsula!
Nothing! FYI People complaining that there is no restaurant for dinner - it is clearly stated on their website and there are several good options available less than a 10 minute drive to Rye main street.
The staff were very friendly and helpful at check in and in the restaurant for breakfast. The location was wonderful, we stayed as we were going to the springs so very close for that. Parking included right in front of the room. The room was very large (it was an accessible room, we didnt need one but the extra space was nice).
Not much to complain about. Just one thing that needs attention. The room came with a balcony but it had not been cleaned in a long time. The seats and table were dirty and covered in spiderwebs. We ended up just opening the doors and sitting on the seats from around the inside table.

The cleanliness, scenery, location and the friendly staff was next to none! The communication was very pleasant and staff were warm and friendly not to mention easy to deal with. It was also lovely to experience such a beautiful scenic view that I will book to stay at least two nights minimum next time and enjoy the golf range at the very least for we are not much golf experts. The rooms provided such comfort and tranquility in a peaceful venue.
The only problem we had was connecting to the tv during our down time in the evening everything else was superb

No restaurant?? Really?? So you have to drive if you want to have diner outside, or order delivery (how sad!!)
