Nice stay but too cold in the bedroom
Pros:

The bed is comfortable, the room is spacious, the breakfast was quite good.
They refill our water bottle 👍

Cons:

It was way too cold in the room! We could not make it warmer even with the air co turned off, even after the support from the hotel.

Great location, excellent service, and delicious breakfast
Pros:

The hotel is in a great, quiet location next to embassies but still close to the action in Mega Kuningan. The hotel is tastefully decorated, and rooms are great, with an exceptional breakfast

La poca attenzione al ristorante quando ho spiegato ripetutamente la mia forte allergia alimentare ai crostacei. Nonostante questo mi hanno portato un piatto con patatone di gambero. Fortunatamente me ne sono accorto e ho rimandato dietro il piatto.
