Good hotel for overnight stay.
Pros:

Location was great for where I needed to be. Hotel was clean, staff were friendly. Was room only, so didn't eat in the hotel. Room was good size for what was paid, the bathroom was very small but just about managable.

Pros:

The staff was very friendly, helpful and kind.
We were impressed by how clean the hotel was, though a bit dated.
Basic breakfast, but well cooked and delicious. Very good coffee

Cons:

Nothing major, more like heads up. If you have an electric toothbrush or shaver buy an European plug in as there's none in the bathroom

Das traditionelle Ambiente, das großzügige Zimmer. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, die Einrichtung stilvoll und wie in einem alten schottischen Herrenhaus.

Cons:

Es gab keinen Fahrstuhl in den 2. Stock. Die Toilettenspülung funktionierte zunächst nur zögerlich.

Pros:

We were driving through Scotland and just finding a place at the last minute. Checking in was so easy
The front desk attendant was so helpful and didn't mind silly questions from tired travellera

We didn't see any staff the 3 days we stayed , we booked for breakfast but there was no staff to be found for both nights and both mornings and had to go over the road to get breakfast.

Stop for at least 1 night here in Beautiful Buerly!
Pros:

Better than staying in Inverness which is ridiculously overpriced! Catch a bus there for 2 pounds 💷. This beautiful pub has been in The Stewart Family forever. Best hotel room with Scottish Charm. Local people in the pub made me so welcome 🙏. 1/4 the price of Inverness hotels and twice as nice! 😊

The room is decked out in traditional tartan colours and Scottish furnishings.

Disappointing and not good value for money.
Pros:

We hadn't booked breakfast and when I asked when breakfast was being served, I was told "you didn't book breakfast".

Cons:

Attitude of staff - greeted with "you're a bit early". Asked for an accessible room - was given a room on the first floor in a building separate from the hotel. Despite seeing the cleaning staff in the morning, and displaying the "please service our room", we returned to a room that hadn't been serviced.
