Intimate luxury, superb service
Pros:

The staff gave the best service and hospiality I've ever recieved in Europe. Rachel, juven and the night staff deserve honourable mentions, but i could mention all of the team. They made our trip so special. Id return there. They offer intimate luxury in this small hotel. Valet parking, quick to respond to requests, excellent english, friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

The pool, while lovely, was downstairs, inside.

Top hotel in Porto Montenegro.
Pros:

Fabulous 5* boutique hotel in great location close to the centre of Porto Montenegro and just a few steps from the waterfront. Room was nice, bed was very comfortable with quality linens. Staff were exceptional - friendly and professional. Air-conditioned and pool were a bonus.
Highly recommended.

שירות יוצא מן הכלל! הצוות מאוד שירותי. אפילו סדרו לנו הפלגה פרטית (תמורת תשלום - לא זול). קיבלנו משקאות וקינוח מתנה.

A wonderful stay in Tivat
Pros:

Beautiful spa hotel. The room we had was beautifully furnished and the bathroom was very spacious. The rooftop bar is a lovely touch and the spa in the basement is very calming too. The breakfast was lovely and the staff are very attentive.

Pros:

I booked a suite and was impressed by how spacious and comfortable it was.
What stood out the most was the exceptional hospitality. The receptionists and all the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything I needed. Their kindness and professionalism are the main reasons I loved this place and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

Great location, the staff were very helpful during the tough situation for the whole of the town with the summit, the hotel could not have done anymore and were very attentive. Would happily recommend and would stay again.

Pros:

The staff were exceptionally helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They accommodated all of our baby's needs, even when some of our requests were outside the scope of their standard services.

Upon learning that we were traveling from another city and had been delayed by traffic, they warmly welcomed us with complimentary drinks and sweets. They were also kind enough to offer a late checkout, taking our baby's needs into consideration, which we greatly appreciated.

They made our sightseeing trips much more convenient by arranging transportation through their own driver and taxi, significantly reducing the stress of traveling with a young child.

A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for their kindness, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality. Their care and thoughtful service made our stay truly memorable and enjoyable.

We would be delighted to return in the future and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a warm, family-friendly experience.

- zeer aardig personeel
- goede ontbijt opties te bestellen

Prijs-kwaliteit is wat ons betreft te laag (€500/nacht)
- locatie: naast drukke straat, en een vervallen woongebouw. uitzicht naar boulevard staat een enorm niet afgewerkt gebouw. Ook vanaf rooftop. foto’s op booking van uitzicht vanuit kamer vonden wij misleidend.
- personeel is super aardig maar heeft training nodig. Voor deze prijs verwacht je dat er geïnvesteerd wordt in training van personeel.
- excursies worden aangeboden voor de dubbele prijs in de stad voor een vergelijkbare excursie. Dat is niet eerlijk naar de klant
- airco in slaapkamer functioneerde slecht en kon niet gemaakt worden tijdens verblijf van 4 nachten.
- kamer werd dagelijks schoongemaakt maar badkamer bleef op plekken vies achter.
