Pros:

The staff was amazing; food at the in-house restaurant was delicious & convenient. The location is perfect for our medical appointments at MD Anderson & the shuttle is a wonderful service. We needed to add two days to our stay for medical reasons & the front desk personnel were so helpful!! We’ll definitely continue to stay at Hyatt House Houston Medical Center for our future checkups!!

Pros:

I loved all the breakfast they had available also great snack bar and amazing pool and bar area as well as the beds being so comfortable and clean nothing bad to say about my room just amazing

Cons:

Only thing I didn't like was the elevator sometimes would get stuck for the parking garage and the stairwell doors dont have handles on the outside to access also better signage to let others know exactly where to get to the stairwell for the parking garage
