I would like to sincerely thank all of you for making my stay so pleasant. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and I truly appreciated the attention to detail throughout my visit.

Pros:

We stayed with the May De Ville hotel for 4 nights in Hanoi and it was a fantastic stay! From the start we were made to feel very welcome. The check in process was perfect with local recommendations and very knowledgeable staff members, especially Crab! Our room was away from the main street and was extremely peaceful and quiet. The room was very clean and well equipped and the daily room service was brilliant, providing water and clean laundry each day. We really enjoyed the very good sized swimming pool and the lovely rooftop bar. They even have a little gym with free weights, spin bike, treadmill and a few machines! The breakfast spread was always so impressive with fresh eggs cooked to order and a brilliant spread of fruit, cereal, toast, nibbles and more local food of spring rolls, noodles rice etc. with juice coffee and tea available. Overall we had a fantastic stay, the hotel was immaculate in the perfect location for exploring, providing the ideal luxury stay in the middle of the city.

Cons:

They did change our towels every single day which was not necessary as they were hanging up and had been used 1-2 times.

ホテル併設のマッサージの内容、価格がよかった。

Cons:

バスタブが古くなっているのか綺麗に思いませんでした。
バスタブ無しで、シャワールームのみの方がよいのではと思いました。
