Heerlijk vertoeven
Pros:

De super schone kamer , het heerlijke bed en de fantastische douche . De cocktails waren heerlijk (zelfs happy hour tussen 16-19 en 2e gratis) . Het heerlijke zwembad op het dak met een prachtige view. Het ontbijt was mega uitgebreid (alles wat je kunt bedenken) en ze maakte zelfs omelet en eggs benedict. En de vriendelijkheid en netheid van het personeel. Ook de massage was misschien wel mij. Beste ooit. Tja een dikke 10

Cons:

De entree was prima , kon voor mij wat luxer als het 5 sterren is en de gangen boven. Dit alles was natuurlijk niet belangrijk tov de rest.

Lovely colonial style hotel, comfy bed and will return!
Pros:

I LOVED the staff - every interaction with the welcome reception team was positive and efficient. The decor is great too - very French colonial and the bed was super comfy! Also, even though I didn't get to use it... the swimming pool is a really good size and not crowded out by kids all day - which was a bonus! The location is right on a cobbled main street of the Old Quarter! I also had the luxury of a balcony which was a great vibe, especially people watching and all the eateries below on the cobbled street!

Cons:

I felt the breakfast was one of the few disappointing parts of my stay - being in the basement where it's dark, and discovering that normal coffees (lattes / americanos) were not included in the breakfast inclusions was a bit irritating. The vietnamese coffee is more than fine though - just a touch stronger than I usually have coffee. Also, there was a tiny bit of confusion as housekeeping didn't clean my room at all one day - even when requested. I stayed out for at least 7 hours so there was plenty of time, but when I came back the door sign had been ignored. So, I called reception and asked if it could be done and they asked me to leave the room for 30 minutes. I did so. And came back 45 minutes later. Unfortunately, it was still not done. Never mind, it's not like I ruined the room, but there is something nice about returning to a freshly made room.

A great stay!
Pros:

Rooms were lovely and modern with extremely comfortable beds, breakfast was great with a range of options, pool area and facilities were amazing and staff were very helpful and friendly. Also a fabulous location with everything you need around.

Гостиница расположена очень удобно, в самом сердце никогда не спящего Ханоя и при этом в номерах очень тихо. Номера просторные и чистые, есть все необходимое и все в очень хорошем состоянии - удобная мебель, мягкие просторные кровати. Завтрак отличный, более чем достаточный свои разноообразием и качеством, все вкусное и свежее, много фруктов и отличная подача. Персонал очень отзывчивый и доброжелательный, старается быстро и оперативно помогать. Большое спасибо Нине, сотруднику рецепшн за очень внимательное отношение, и Никки, которая заранее помогла, порекомендовала и организовала нам круиз в Халонг и активности по городу, все было очень четко, своевременно и на отличном уровне, нам очень понравилось, цена полностью соответствовала уровню услуг. Однозначно могу рекомендовать этот очень открытый гостям отель, учитывая, что мы останавливались в нем несколько раз за наше большое путешествие по Вьетнаму и нам есть с чем сравнить.
