Pros:

Location is excellent. In a quiet area of Vlora’s coast yet close to restaurants and night life.

Cons:

Everything was perfect . Breakfast is excellent
Rooms are very large like they are suites.
The views from the rooms are simply fantastic
You wake up with beautiful sea and views and end the day with the most gorgeous sunset you can imagine
But most importantly, ORI and all the other girls and boys go beyond anything possible to make your stay unforgettable.
From giving beach towels, handing water to you, offering coffee or just their wonderful genuine smiles.
And they don’t do it for a tip like elsewhere, they do it because this is who they are and this is Albanian hospitality. I would recommend this place to anyone I know.

Excellent hotel with a perfect beachfront location. The rooms are modern, spotless, and very comfortable. The staff are welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help. Delicious breakfast and beautiful sea views. Parking is free and secured. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back!

Cons:

1sr floor did not have noise proofing so cars or very poor taste on wedding music can ruin The sleeping, only once you can go to beach without extra price, The credit card system worked funny way, towels always extra price

Frühstuck war OK.
Pros:

Die Lage mit Meersicht war wunderbar.
Hotelpersonal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Keine Lifeguard am Strand.
Die Stufen waren zum Teil sehr rutschig. Kein Warnung bei hohem Wellengang.
Die Pinien waren 90% augetrocknet und es wurde nichts unternommen um diese zu beseitigen.
