A Perfect Stay from Start to Finish
Pros:

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it!

The entire staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The breakfast was absolutely wonderful, with a great variety of choices. There was truly something for everyone.

Our room was beautiful, comfortable, and had an amazing view. It was cleaned thoroughly every day and was always spotless and well maintained.

Overall, everything was simply perfect. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed every moment of our stay. Thank you for such a wonderful experience — we would definitely love to come back!

Very pleasant staff
Pros:

Staff was great and very nice and helpful. We are a family of 5 and we have a 2 year old, so the lady at reception made sure to have the room fixed for us even before check in. They always asked if everything is ok and made sure it was all ok. Breakfast was very good too. We loved how pleasant everyone was. We did have a problem with the blinds in the shower. The bathroom has a HUGE window into the room and the blinds were broken. They didn't have a handy man to fix it at the moment so we asked if they can put at least a sheet to cover it. So they used sticky tape for a quick fix. We understand that it was a weekend and no one could come fix it but also being a family with teen boys and a 2 year old, no one wants to have a huge window looking in.

Cons:

They did not accept cards, neither on reception and not in the restaurant either. So if you don't carry cash you cannot pay.

Indiscutiblemente las vistas son lo mejor , la habitación estaba amplia y cómoda y las chicas de recepción muy majas

La única pega , que la habitación tenía olor a cañería del baño , de hecho al entrar ya se sentía, por todo lo demás bien

it felt like a second honeymoon
Pros:

Everything went great, staff were amazing, the hotel was quiet, spotless and the view was breathtaking, special thanks to Ori, Joel, Kejsi, Jada and Laura, they responded to every request of ours, solving everything swiftly, we felt like we were around family, and lasty, breakfast surprised us, so many delicious options💖💖💖

An sich war alles gut bis auf den Strand.
Pros:

Es war alles sehr gut, das Personal war hervorragend und die Unterkunft war sehr sauber.

Cons:

Was mir nicht gefallen hat, ist, dass man auf den Fotos nicht erkennt, dass man zum Schwimmen Stufen hinuntergehen muss und dass es für Familien mit Kindern nicht geeignet ist, da es gefährlich ist.
