Schoon hotel, fijne kamers en lekker ontbijt en prima afstand van de stad.

Ik werd helaas aangesproken door de receptie tijdens ons verblijf op 14 mei dat ik mijn fiets niet mee mocht nemen naar de kamer. Ik heb een loopfiets i.v.m. een zeldzame spierzenuwziekte waardoor ik moeilijk kan lopen. Toen ik vertelde waarvoor ik deze fiets gebruikte werd er gevraagd of ik deze thuis ook mee naar de kamer nam. Al met al toch geen fijn gevoel aan over gehouden. Nu moet ik wel mee geven dat het ander receptie personeel zeer vriendelijk was:).

Over het hotel niets op te merken, alles was oké. Ik was hier al verschillende keren geweest kwam graag terug.

Cons:

Helaas werd achteraf een bedrag van mijn creditcard gehaald omdat ik zogezegd gerookt had op de kamer, terwijl ik een stellige niet-roker ben!
Alhoewel dit nadien rechtgezet werd omdat ik ‘het voordeel van de twijfel’ kreeg, zal ik hier niet meer terugkomen.

Garantie bloquée sans raison
Cons:

Après 1 mois, il y a toujours 750 eur de bloqués sur ma carte de crédit et l'hôtel ne répond pas à mes demandes pour solutionner ce souci (j'ai déjà été débitée de la même somme et n'ai fait aucun dégât dans la chambre). Gestion administrative nulle.

Waar voor je geld!
Pros:

Schoon, ruim en smaakvol ingericht! Vriendelijk en geduldig personeel.

Cons:

Een kleinigheidje was dat het centrale licht in de kamer het niet deed. Ik redde me prima met de andere verlichting.
De omgeving is bijzonder maar de ligging wel functioneel en dicht bij leuke steden en dorpen. Ik was er voor zakelijk doeleinde.
