Everything was amazing!
The only bad thing is to have to leave the room at 11am, since we are used to do it at 12h in Brazil. I tried a late checkout but unfortunately the hotel had a wedding so they couldn’t do it. But nevertheless they were super polite so we understood! That’s the only reason I am rating a 9 and not a 10…

Excellent Hotel beautifully decorated, comfortable beds and pillows, clean, the roof top is outstanding, the restaurant excellent, the staff was helpful and took care of every detail to help us be comfortable including special care with relation to dietary restrictions (gluten free, lactose free too). Outstanding!!!

Eu e meu marido nos hospedamos no hotel Montevidéu durante 2 dias da nossa viagem, para celebrar nosso aniversário de casamento e amamos Absolutamente, tudo. Desde a recepção na nossa chegada, onde os funcionários foram todos gentis e acolhedores, nos fazendo sentir em casa e compartilhando ótimas dicas da cidade e deixando mimos no quarto. Inclusive, gostaríamos de deixar um parabéns para o Pablo, que foi uma graça e nos apoiou em tudo.
A cama é grande e macia como dormir nas nuvens, roupas de cama limpas, confortáveis e temperatura do quarto perfeita para enfrentar os dias frios. A decoração é impecável em todos os ambientes do hotel e se mantém assim nos quartos. Todos os detalhes pensados para encantar. Limpeza impecáve tambéml em todos os lugares (inclusive, um hotel onde até mesmo os carpetes dos corredores são limpos, é um primor) e a comida e bebidas excelentes, com um café da manhã cheio de opções misturando buffet e a la carte, cheio de sabor e qualidade.
A localização é próxima de vários pontos de interesse.
Sinceramente, não fosse uma questão financeira, jamais teríamos trocado de hospedagem, pois não faltava vontade de ficar e partimos tristes para os outros dias na cidade!

O hotel é maravilhoso, o atendimento foi perfeito, a localização excelente, o quarto é ótimo e tem um restaurante la em cima que tb é muito bom.
Como defeitos vou pontuar a falta luminosidade do quarto , quarto bem escuro , mesmo com todas as luzes acessas. O outro defeito foi o valor muito alto pela taxa de rolha , em caso de querer levar um vinho para tomar no restaurante, com isso prefrimos sair para jantar em outro local , mas se o hospede tivesse isenção ou mesmo pagasse um valor justo pela rolha , teriamos ficado no restaurante do hotel.
Ubicación privilegia en el centro de depósitos. Una atención muy dedicada de los empleados y una decoración y diseño impresionante. De hecho nos quedamos una noche más de lo esperado por el hotel.
