Good location, nice breakfast
Pros:

Good location, it was quite busy when we stayed. The breakfast was a real treat

Cons:

There wasn’t much contact with the staff. It would have been nice to have a proper check in, for the staff to give us some tips and recommendations for Kanazawa as it was our first time.

There was a few issues with the laundry as there wasn’t enough machine and lots of people wanting to use them.

Cons:

We made minimal noise with an 8 year old but still received a noise complaint which was disappointing. We consider ourselves very quiet and respectful

Super fijn hotel in Kanazawa
Pros:

Super fijn hotel. Bij binnenkomst gelijk prachtig! Ook de kamer was mooi en schoon. Wel wat aan de kleine kant. Onsen ook heerlijk! En hotel is ook goed gelegen, dicht bij alle hotspots, veel te voet kunnen doen.

Beautiful hotel, cool design, stylish onsen, pure peaceful experience
Pros:

As a designer, the interior design was really cool. Onsen was a great experience and so peaceful. Loved the room with raised beds. So comfy. The price was the best value we had in Japan and the best value I have had in two trips to Japan. Regardless of investment, it is just a beautiful hotel, with beautiful and attentive staff, always smiling and willing to help. Perfect.
