Pros:

Very clean, very affordable, nice restaurants nearby, good location. Shower and bathroom were great.

Cons:

We couldn't check in until 4 which seems late to me (as a European) and we arrived to Osaka early - the room was on the smaller side but we were only staying one night so was fine.
