Traumhafte Lage, extrem freundliches Personal, hervorragendes Frühstück. Historisch interessant da in diesem Hotel Kaiserin Sisi zu Gast war.

Cons:

Wir hatten eine Suite mit 90qm. Beste Lage, jedoch gezählte 14 Mängel. Klemmende Türen, Schimmel bei Fugen Badewanne, Abfluss im Bad war defekt daher ein Wannenbad nicht möglich, in der Küche ausgefallene Lampen, beim Eiskasten fiel uns die Klappe vom Gefrierfach entgegen, die Vorhänge waren zum Teil aus den Ösen gerissen. Fazit: Sowas erwartet man nicht von einer 4 Sterne Suite. Die Tür zum Zimmer klemmte derart stark, dass sie vom Reinigungspersonal einmal nicht ganz zugezogen wurde und offen blieb, jeder hätte ins Zimmer gelangen können, das ist ein absolutes "NoGo".

Ein wahrhaft zauberhafter Aufenthalt – den wir nie vergessen werden!

This is an enchanting hotel with the most delightful owners, whose family history dates all the way back to 1350!
Visiting Austria from Canada, staying here was truly a dream come true for us. The location is absolutely breathtaking, surrounded by the beauty of the Steirmark with Altaussee, Grundlsee, Toplitz See, Loser Mountain, and the historic town of Bad Ischl all nearby. There is so much natural beauty, history, and charm to discover in this wonderful part of Austria.
My husband and I spent four unforgettable days here, and from the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. There is something incredibly special about staying in a place so rich in history, where the warmth and hospitality of the owners make you feel like an honoured guest rather than simply a visitor. We felt truly privileged to experience this beautiful place and sincerely hope that one day we will have the opportunity to return.

Pros:

Es war einfach nur sensationell. Wir hatten einen sehr kurzfristigen Sonderwunsch (ein kleines Törtchen zum 50. Geburtstag), welcher problemlos und sogar kostenlos erfüllt wurde. Das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich. Das Frühstücksbuffett ließ keine Wünsche offen. Das Zimmer war einfach nur zum Wohlfühlen. Unsere beiden Hunde waren herzlich willkommen und durften überall mit hin. Wir kommen aus dem Schwärmen für dieses Hotel nicht mehr heraus. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Hádherny hotel na nádherném místě
Pros:

Hotel je nádherný, velmi milý personál, který nás provedl hotelem. Ochotně nám poradili kam na večeři. Velkou výhodou bylo, že naši psi s námi mohli na snídani i na pláž. Pokoj byl čistý a pohodlný, úklid perfektní.
