Lovely stay, great location in Leith
Pros:

The location was great, room was comfortable and it had air con.

Cons:

Nothing I didn’t like but I do think it would be useful to have a reception sign as it wasn’t clear to me so went in the wrong way and got told I shouldn’t have come that way etc. the only other point is the water for the shower wasn’t overly hot but otherwise loved where it was.

Brak możliwości wietrzenia pokoju. W pokoju brakowało światła - okna jak na statku. Kłopoty z z zapachem z kanalizacji w naszym pokoju. Mało uprzejma i nieuśmiechnięta obsługa podczas śniadań. Śniadanie bardzo ubogie i monotonne, brak ciepłych potraw, częsta konieczność proszenia o uzupełnienie lady, rzadko spełniana z uwagi na brak produktów. Zbyt intensywny zapach perfumowanej chemii gospodarczej w pokojach.

The ship looks great from the outside, location was good for our visit.

Cons:

Room was quite cramped and claustrophobic. Ventilation was very poor and not helped by a very noisy air-con unit which was nowhere near powerful enough to reach the bed area and continued throughout the night which prevented us from getting a decent night's sleep.
Breakfast was a bit disappointing as there was no 'hot' option.

Poor coffee facility in bedroom. Noise from nextdoor. Explains no TV in rooms.
Stained carpet
Happy to tip, though felt this was pushed.
Condition of fixtures etc. Dents in coffee pots, bin in shower room, deteriorating coating of named toilet seat. Broken shutter.
No light by mirror in bedroom,

A fantastic hotel on a ship with very friendly, attentive staff.
Pros:

It’s simply a brilliant place to stay. The atmosphere on board is just brilliant. It’s beautifully decorated, and you can sit in the bar on deck and soak up the atmosphere.
