Everything!! The staff were so accommodating at our check in. The view, the location, and the size of our room was amazing!!! So clean and comfortable
Only thing was our beds were so uncomfortable - very hard and outdated.
The fire alarm went off three times one night and we had to exit the building. Could smell someone smoking pot. Not happy!

The location. Safe and Ease of walking to get food and uber.
The beds were too small for a couple and the blinds on the window in the Master bedroom was the worst. It wouldn't shut tightly on its slats and the signs with its bright lights shone through, making it difficult to have a good night's sleep. The bath shower can have a shelf and the door can have some hooks to hang clothes.
Great location, friendly staff and good facilities.
Only one night was poor with a party on a balcony below us with loud music and shouting in corridors

It was a great location for pretty much everything food, metro, groceries. Staff was absolutely amazing, room was clean and comfortable will definitely be back.

I liked the location the most
Nowhere on the site or the listing does it indicate that this is student housing the rooms are appointed with very cheap and flimsy furniture rather than it being more commercial grade and sturdier. Things are just odd about how the rooms are furnished and appointed. for example, there’s a table, but the chairs don’t fit underneath it in the living room. There’s a large pendant lamp that hangs over the couch that you hit your head on and that’s the only lighting in the living room the bedroom there’s no lighting but for two very cheap wobbly lamps, the bathroom lighting is very dim as well. Overall, the room met my needs, but it wasn’t to the quality that I expected based on the listing, and the photos represented. It looked a bit more refined, and well appointed. Lastly, the hallways do seem a bit rundown, although the staff was repainting them, the carpets seem to be in pretty bad shape. The TV in the living room was starting to go half of the picture was starting to fade towards the top. Lastly, the mattress in the bedroom was comfortable, but you could tell it was older one side of it had a dip in it versus the other so the mattresses aren’t getting turned or rotated or just heavily used. Not one of these things are a problem in above itself, but collectively, it impacts the experience of being somewhat cheap and poorly maintained.

The parking is dreadful! Too small spaces and too few spaces. For the fee they are charging it should be better.
Location was great. Kitchen area Nice. Property clean.
TVs in LR difficult to control. No TVs in BRs. No Chairs on Balcony. Not aware of door locking mechanism. Couch was old and uncomfortable. Parking $35 a Night was a surprise. When requesting additional toiletries, staff informed that that the 2 towels and wash cloths were "enough" for both bathrooms (meaning 1 each). There were 4 guests. Found this offensive.
Staff were welcoming and attentive. Room was exceptionally clean. Loved the full kitchen and the wonderful restaurants in the neighborhood. I had a family emergency and needed to be close to Virginia Hospital Center so the location was ideal.
My first key fob did not work and the room on the 8th floor was on the hallway that was being painted. The smell was too strong. I was given a room on the 14th floor, but one of the key fobs did not work. I wasn't given any instructions on how to lock the door when I left the room. It was confusing for a first time visitor.
