I like to mention 2 ladies:
1. Ami - at the reception. Guiest who will arrive while she is there - he is lucky one. She is the beeestt.
2. Ayumi - at the dinning room. Really she really cares about you and explaining in a very kind and gentle. Search for her while eating.
Room was spacious. Location relatively near station (my elderly parents could find their way back themselves). Gym was well equipped.
Chose Hilton for the brand and regretted. Welcome cookie was hard, Crabtree n Evelyn shampoo was dry, onsen was so tiny we always had to wait and squeeze with others, Toyama water dispenser was a chore to take water from as u have to keep pressing the button.
Room size, bed comfort, cleanliness were good. Buffet breakfast spread were good too. Location walking distance to train station.

非常棒的美式旅館，設備極佳，安靜，離車站非常進，去週邊旅遊很棒的旅館。
Location is hard to beat, 5 mins walk from Toyama Station and the nearest Toyota Rent a Car. Central to many restaurants and couldn't be more convenient for getting the tram.
Buffet breakfast had plenty of choice, so even though it barely changed day to day, this wasn't a problem - there was something for everyone.
Photos on booking.com were incorrect - there was a photo of a bathtub in the King Rooms, but in actual fact it was only the Deluxe level rooms that come with a bathtub. Kind of disappointing for a hotel in Japan that this isn't standard.

I submitted a rating a few days ago, but it seems that you have not received it. I just want to reiterate again that the hotel is crystal clean with spacious rooms, a great location, and outstanding staff. Ms.Mayu Kinoshita at the front desk was highly professional and highly effective. She impressed us with her excellent services and strong language skills. Not only did she help us with regular things, but also go extra miles to help us resolve issues using a Japanese app. We truly appreciate her help!
