Cumple, pero la atención al cliente podría ser mejor.

La ubicación era la que necesitaba, por eso se buscó este alojamiento. El desayuno muy bueno, muy completo, buffet, todo súper bien. La cama es cómoda, la habitación acogedora.

Cons:

La iluminación de la habitación era muy baja. La televisión no tenía conexión a internet y el cable era muy anticuado. La recepción no nos atendió de buena manera. Les solicité la opción de comprar un sándwich. Ellos dijeron que tenían. Me solicitaron ir a recepción a realizar la compra, y luego, cuando llegué, me dicen que no tienen stock, siendo muy molesto.

Luego hice un pedido online para solicitar comida y no utilizaron la entrega a la habitación, sino que tuve que salir del edificio para poder recibir.

El cobro no fue lo que me decía booking , no respetan el valor de la app y cobran más de lo que dice booking.
