Comfortable and relaxed stay in a great location.
Pros:

We stayed in a one bedroom apartment that had two beds in the bedroom and a tatami mat and futon in the living/kitchen/dining area. The apartment had a great layout with a spacious, warm bathroom, excellent shower, and separate toilet. There was a small,well equipped kitchenette and an outdoor terrace that captured the afternoon sun. Beds were comfortable. Appreciated the English labeling on the light switches. Online checkin was easy and we appreciated being able to access the room 1 hour earlier than the regular checkin time. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location is great (we stayed in this area in 2024). It’s quiet and off the main road. Easy bus access from Kyoto station (#9) and a short 2 minute walk to hotel. Easy access by bus or train to other parts of Kyoto.

Cons:

A couple of small things. There were no towel rails or hooks in the bathroom to hang wet towels. It was great to have a washing machine in the room but it was not a dryer too, so a clothes rack that you could set up in the (warm) shower area or on the terrace in the sun would also be really helpful to dry clothes.

magnifique !
Pros:

Situation parfaite. Décoration stylée, espace fonctionnel, lits extrêmement confortable.
Cuisinette bien aménagée. Salle de bain très bien conçue.
Rue et quartier très calme. Correspond parfaitement à ce que nous espérions.

Cons:

2 petits défauts : Frigo un peu bruyant, et insonorisation des portes de chambres malheureusement insuffisante pour nous mettre totalement à l'abri de certains voisins d'étage qui se sont révélés extrêmement bruyants, sans aucun respect ni éducation.

Nice fresh rooms close to touristic attractions and many restaurants. Good value for money.
Pros:

We had a room with 2 bunk beds for family of 4 and we were very satisfied with the accommodation. The room/apartment had everything necessary. Bus stop is one block away. A couple of convenience stores within a block or two. Many-many restaurants within walking distance. Several touristic attractions within walking distance. Room was very clean and fresh. Overall, good value for money.

Cons:

The bed covers were hard to manage for kids as they have huge side inserts for the blanket and no closing system so both our kids were tangled in it every night eventually waking up inside “a sleeping bag”. But this is a minor thing. The rest of step was very good.

Great space in Kyoto
Pros:

Everything was great, comfortables beds and pillows (and I am rather picky about pillows), quiet street, enough space for everything, space for our toiletries near the sink, walk in closet. Near bus stops, relatively near metro station and convenience stores. And we have washing machine available in the hotel.

Cons:

Maybe if the AC was in different place rather than above the bed, it was pretty hot during the night and I can’t have the AC running because it blows right in my head.

Great location, good price, clean and modern.
Pros:

Amazing location, great price, clean. It was very easy to get around, find a 7eleven, and go to downtown. The room was relatively spacious.

Cons:

It was hard to get help from the staff. The service was very efficient when you wrote an email but in person it was hard to get answers. A lady in particular was so helpful she even lent her phone for us to make a phone call and that was so nice and kind of her, but she was the exception. The rooms do not have washer/dryer but there are two in the third level.

Perfect except for mattresses
Pros:

Very nice area, cozy hotel, everything could be perfect, except for bunk bed mattress - they are kid size, hurts to sleep.

Cons:

Mattresses in bunk beds were so thin, all of us with teens struggled, used extra blankets and pillows to soften the thin mattress (approx 5cm)

Odlična izbira tako za družine kot tudi pare in solo popotnike.
Pros:

Lokacija je odlična, osebje zelo prijazno. Na recepciji se nahajajo tudi raznorazne potrebščine. Okolica ponuja dovolj restavracij, trgovina je manj kot 5 minut hoje oddaljena od nastanitve. V stavbi se nahaja tudi pralnica.

Cons:

Postelje so precej trde. Vse ostalo je super.

Overall a decent stay in Kyoto
Pros:

Good location, quiet area, only about 7 mins walk to subway and 1 min walk to bus stop. Room was clean and modern.

Cons:

Blinds didn't do a good job - room was completely light by about 5:30am which was annoying. Mattresses were very hard. No coin machine/out of order so very hard to get enough 100 yen coins to operate washer/dryer. Front desk did have coins, but also ran out. Dryer did a poor job of drying clothes.

Pros:

Bardzo udany tygodniowy pobyt w Kioto. Hotel jest dobrze położony, czysty i spokojny. Zameldowanie przebiegło sprawnie i bez żadnych problemów.
Pokój był sprzątany trzy razy w ciągu tygodnia, co w zupełności nam wystarczyło. Dużym plusem była możliwość samodzielnej wymiany ręczników. Mieliśmy pokój z dwoma dużymi łóżkami i sporą ilością miejsca, co jak na Japonię jest dużą zaletą.
Pokój znajdował się na parterze, więc nie było widoku, ale klimatyzacja działała bardzo dobrze, a okno można było otwierać. Polecam szczególnie aktywnym turystom, którzy szukają spokojnego miejsca do odpoczynku po zwiedzaniu.

Wszystko było ok.
