I enjoyed the stay, but wouldn't return
Pros:

The best thing about this hotel is the location. It is near the metro, you can walk to the station if you want, there are plenty of shops and restaurants.
The bed and pillow were excellent.
I liked the fact the soap was in big refillable bottles.
The Iranian woman at reception was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

There is no kettle or coffee machine in the room. You can buy a coffee at reception, but someone has to make it for you. When I left the hotel on both mornings at 8.30 a.m., the nightwatchman was asleep in the dark. I guess he might have made me a coffee if I had asked.
I left my rucksack under the stairs (they say it is 'safe') as I had to check out and my flight was in the evening. My adaptor, charger, and cable were stolen from the top of my bag! I have never had anything stolen before and especially not from what seems like a nice hotel. The cleaner and Iranian woman helped me search. The other woman didn't seem to care.

Great location. Friendly, welcoming staff. Quiet room with good air con.

Cons:

The beds had two unremoveable pillows which meant that I couldn't fit my whole body in the bed, as I am quite tall.

Great stay
Pros:

We loved everything. Excellent location in the city center. A clean room, a lovely balcony with a small table and chairs, and a large bed. Specifically, our room had high ceilings and great water pressure. They also have rooms with low ceilings, so you might want to check that separately. The staff was polite and helped us with all our requests. Highly recommend.

Pros:

A beautiful stay in an ole heritage building with aesthically appealing rooms and interiors. Elahe and Tina were friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend this place.

Pros:

The hotel itself at third floor was very clean.
The staff was welcoming and helpful.
The room had all the facilities mentioned.

Cons:

The hotel itself is at second floor and there was no lift.
The entrance of the building was horrible. As it was antique. Need some renovations and lights.
There was smell as well in the enterance of the building.

Comfortable Stay with a Beautiful Terrace. Recommended to Stay with Friends
Pros:

We had an unforgettable stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, right in the center of town , with plenty of restaurants, souvenir shops, and cocktail bars nearby. The beach is within 15-20 walking distance, and several beautiful beaches are just a 5-minute drive away.

The staff were very attentive and always quick to help. What we appreciated most was the exceptional cleanliness: the room was cleaned daily, and the towels and bed linen were changed frequently. We also loved our spacious veranda, where we enjoyed breakfast and relaxed in the evenings.

Cons:

One of the two bedrooms did not have a proper window, only a small ventilation window, which was not apparent from the photos. However, the room had direct access to the terrace through a door, which provided fresh air and made ventilation possible.
