L'emplacement était vraiment top : le centre ville est vraiment très proche à pied .
Le personnel est adorable et la nourriture de l'hôtel a des prix très raisonnables !
Chambre propre.
Pour le prix, je trouve que la chambre aurait pu être un peu plus grande ou la présence d'une piscine ! Mais en dehors de ça , tout était parfait !
The staff was amazing. Everyone was very kind and very helpful. Communication was excellent, even way before arrival. Almost instant response on whatsapp and quick service with food and drinks. The interior is stylish. Trips, transport, washing clothes, food etc can be organised. The place was clean (apart from the mini ants, there are in most places in Indonesia). Comfi house slippers, watermachine, small fridge are handy. Room was quiet. Would defenitely recommend.
The bathroom was small and very humid. The bathroom floor gets wet, but they can clean the room every day if you want. Not smoking in the patio would make it more pleasant.
Nice hotel with a great coffee shop. It's got an art deco vibe, from the look of the outside to the music playing. The rooms are set in a nice little garden, and are excellent.
The staff are very friendly and helpful. There were a couple of small technical issues, but they were solved as soon as I raised them with reception.
The location is good too, close to several of Jogja's sites.

A couple of glitches, but nothing major
Die Lage ist super! Im Umkreis des Hotels kann man viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuss erkunden. Das Hotel ist sehr schön und ruhig für die zentrale Lage. Wir hatten die Junior-Suite, wunderschön! Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert ist auch das kleine Café im Hotel!
Very nice hotel! Really recommend it! It has a very elegant style. Clean and welcoming staff. They offer massages and there is a nice cafe inside.

먼저 직원 분들 너무 친절 합니다. 조식이 뷔페 식은 아니지만 정해진 메뉴로 주문 방식 인데 오히려 저에겐 좋았습니다. 음식 퀄리티가 좋아요.

Breakfast : I like their home made chocolate toast. Eggs are fresh.
Location: few minutes walking distance to Alun2, Sentra Gudeg Wijilan, 10 minutes walk to Malioboro. Indomaret is our neighbor. 20 minutes walk to Pasar Ngasem. We go here and there by car mostly like 15-20 minutes distance. I can say the location is superb
Facilities: coffee shop, restaurant, comfy tables if you need working from hotel. No gym and pool. They can borrow you a bicycle. Traditional childhood games like dacon
Room: water from dispenser, coffee, sugar and creamer, shampoo, soap, rubber sandals, towels.
Staff: friendly and helpful
Parking space: not to big. But can fit for 5-6 cars
The hotel is very clean. And feels like home. Its not a busy, huge and crowded 5 starts hotel. Its a quiet and warm granny home.

A small, charming, and beautifully maintained hotel. The owner’s care is evident everywhere. For the price, the value is exceptional. Set in a restored colonial house, the furniture, garden, and thoughtful art details make the entire place a joy to stay in. The food is outstanding, and the café serves excellent coffee and breakfast.
The hotel is near a mosque, and the morning call to prayer is loud. Light sleepers may want to be aware, though we personally found it part of the local experience.
Location: Excellent. The hotel is conveniently located near Malioboro Street and Yogyakarta Train Station, within a 3km radius.
Service: Good! The receptionist spoke good English. The surrounding area inside the hotel gives a nice vibe. The hotel has different rooms separated by an outdoor pedestrian walkway. So morning, you can get good sunlight
Cleanliness & Hygiene: Overall good. The room and common areas were well-maintained. I walked to the hotel area, and it's really kept well
Room & Amenities: The bed was comfortable, and there was a power socket near the table, which was convenient.
Water Pressure: Good and consistent.
Breakfast: You will be sent a WhatsApp message to select your breakfast when checking in. Breakfast can be eaten in restaurant or sent to your room directly

Beautiful Art Decco styling in a boutique style hotel. Staff are exceptionally helpful, breakfast good and over all one of the best places we have stayed in a long time.

Note to other travelers: use online resources for travel information instead of the staff. There is a local uber like service. Use it.
We were very happy with our room. The bed was very comfortable, furnishings all absolute top quality, well stocked tea and coffee making facilities and a cinema experience TV with Netflix preloaded as well. Good shower with nice quality toiletries and a small seating area outside the room made for a pleasurable and relaxing stay. The outside garden areas are beautifully manicured and for a city entre location, it is remarkably quiet.
All the staff without exception were very friendly.
The only slight negative was the quality of the breakfast which we found strangely disappointing particularly as the hotel surpassed expectations in all other areas. It is a menu based choice ordered by WhatsApp the previous evening. Although there are several options to choose, there is no flexibility to change individual food items and with just one small half glass of water and one small not very good coffee with no juice (unless selected from the a la carte menu at additional cost), food portions are not very substantial compared to most other places we stayed on our trip.
