Pros:

The room was really comfortable and had everything needed for a comfortable pleasant stay - the bed, shower and space were excellent

Cons:

The whole operation is run remotely by the owner. Unfortunately whilst this may create the perfect work life balance for the owner - the customer loses out and what could be a 10/10 stay rapidly declines into mediocrity. There are no on site staff. The rooms open with an electronic key that is emailed to you at check in and the check in is also done via an online system. However none of the technology works so we were all constantly on the phone to the owner trying to get into our rooms! Once we had physical keys from the unconnected restaurant downstairs the access was better - but it felt highly inconsiderate to put everyone through this considering access to rooms is a basic need. Also the replenishment of clean glasses and coffee in the room etc was a bit adhoc

Insgesamt ein tolles Hotel
Pros:

Stylisch, komfortabel, zentral mit super schönem Blick auf den Seerosenkanal

Cons:

Das Einchecken, habe erst eine Nacht gebucht, dann noch eine später dazugebucht.
Ist die Auscheckzeit überschritten und noch keine Einckeckzeit für den nächsten Tag, kommt man nicht ins Zimmer.

Nice rooms in a great location
Pros:

Great location, smart and comfortable room. Shower (and shower gel!) were excellent. Downstairs cafe decent too.

Cons:

Very minor: Entrance through cafe and furniture store area was not ideal - would be better if night entrance could be used during the day.

Pros:

Struttura molto bella e nuova. Non ci sta una hall fisica che ti accoglie ma via mail ti mandano chiavi.stanze con vista sul canale molto ampie con macchinetta caffè e tutti i confort. Le camere stanno sopra a un bistrot delizioso dove si fa colazione la mattina
