Está muy bien ubicado y el personal fue súper amable

Cons:

En la habitación faltaba algún armario o espacio para dejar cosas. Literalmente no había nada más que las camas.

El personal del desayuno no sabía informar con claridad sobre si los productos contenían leche, algo especialmente importante para personas con intolerancias. Habitación muy pequeña, con poco espacio para colocar la maleta y la ropa.

Pros:

Хороший отель хостел. Неплохой завтрак.

Cons:

Это не совсем отель, похоже на хостел. Нет лифта, только подъёмник (но это не лифт). Вроде бы всё новое, но номера маленькие, а ещё мне нужно было подниматься пешком на третий этаж. Я бы сюда больше не заселился.

Staff generally courteous and helpful, except for on male staff. He should not be allowed to interact with customers.
Pros:

The location and cleanliness. Good value for money. Staff provided additional information on places to eat shop etc.
