Helpful staff
Difficult to find on the first day. Our driver did not know where to drop us and we could not connect the hotel with the number on booking.com We ended up pulling our suitcases 3 blocks and then needing to ask many people where we needed to be. The hotel does not have street access and knowing in advance would have been helpful . Once there it was lovely

Amazing location in the oldtown. Very good sound proofing dispite the noisy streets below. Loved the smell as you walked in the main door. Would happily stay again.

Location is perfect to visit main attractions in San Sebastian. Room is big and clean with nice view on the church.
Towel service and toiletries can be improved.
