Dior and Vanessa were very sweet and accomodating
Am avut o experienta excelenta la acest hotel. Il recomand cu toata increderea. Locatia este la 3 din minute de mers pe jos pana in centrul orasului unde sunt toate restaurantele,cafenelele si toate atractiile.
Un mare plus il reprezinta personalul,in special Vanessa care a fost absolut extraordinara. Pot spune ca ne a facut vacanta mai frumoasa. Ne a ajutat cu rezervari pentru excursii cu barca, pentru restaurantele cele mai bune si cu absolut tot ce am avut nevoie. Un nivel de implicare si ospitalitate cum rar am intalnit.
Camerele sunt foarte curate,moderne si bine intretinute. Punctul forte este jacuzzi ul. Privelistea este superba.
Micul dejun este adus in camera, pe terasa. A fost foarte consistent si delicios.
De asemenea,hotelul ofera un sentiment excelent de siguranta si atentie la detalii. Parcarea este gratuita si securizata cu bariera.

This place far exceeded our expectations. Dior and Vanessa are fantastic and so responsive of our queries not only before our stay but during it. The room was amazing, the pool and the steam room was stunning. It’s exactly what you want from a Santorini Greek Island getaway. We’ve been to Santorini a few times before but this is by far our favourite hotel and will come back in a heart beat.

Dior was the absolute best and made me feel so at home. The beds are so comfy and the in room spa was the perfect place to hang out by myself. 10/10 recommend. Dior also made me reservations on the coast for sunset which was fabulous! Love you Dior!

The place was extremely well maintained and clean
The breakfast provided was an absolute feast of food. Most days we couldn't finish it or did finish and then didn't eat till dinner.
The staff are super friendly and attentive, we really felt looked after :)
Not the closest to the beach, but on a 2 minute walk from the main street with restaurants, car/avt hire, pharmacies and grocers.
Depending on your room, the privacy isn't the best, but other than that, everything was amazing
Our stay at Cycladic Suite Spa in Santorini was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed, comfortable, and completely at home. The location is absolutely perfect just a short walk from the vibrant Fira strip, with incredible shopping, charming cafés, and outstanding restaurants all within easy reach.
A special shout out to Vanessa and Dior, who truly elevated our experience. Vanessa was an exceptional host very warm, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable about the island. Her recommendations for a sailing excursion and other activities were outstanding, and we are so grateful we followed her advice.
Vanessa also took the time to explain the local bus routes, which made it easy for us to explore Santorini like locals.
Safety was another aspect that impressed us. My husband and I felt completely secure throughout our stay, even while enjoying late-night strolls through Fira after midnight. The atmosphere was welcoming, lively, and relaxed.
The accommodation itself was top-tier beautifully maintained, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. Every detail reflected the care and pride taken in creating an exceptional guest experience.
If you're planning a trip to Santorini, I highly recommend Cycladic Suite Spa. Between the prime location, luxurious accommodations, and the outstanding hospitality provided by Vanessa and Dior, this was truly a five-star experience that we will cherish for years to come. Beautiful property located in a great space in Fira. Each room is luxurious with a steam room. Staff (We worked a lot with Vanessa) was incredibly helpful, booking rides/transfers for us and giving amazing recommendations to eat.

We loved the owners, they were really kind and helpful, they booked some of our taxis, they gave us a fruit platter, there was a bottle of wine and fruit in the room. The rooms were really clean, we also loved the steam room and outdoor pool, it was the perfect temperature, the outside area had seating and beds. It is a 5 minute walk to the main area which meant it was quieter and very relaxing. They can also arrange tours and buggy hire.

We cannot recommend Cycladic Suites & Spa highly enough. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, Vanessa and Dior went above and beyond to make our honeymoon truly unforgettable.
Nothing was ever too much trouble for them. They were incredibly attentive and took care of every detail, from booking the best restaurant reservations on the island to arranging taxis whenever we needed them and organising our airport transfers seamlessly. They even arranged a buggy for us for the day and provided fantastic recommendations on places to visit around Santorini, helping us make the most of our stay.
Every morning, we were treated to the most beautiful and delicious breakfast, prepared and presented with such care. It became one of the highlights of our trip. Vanessa and Dior consistently made us feel welcome, valued, and completely looked after.
The rooms were exceptional-spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and serviced perfectly whenever required. The attention to detail throughout the property was outstanding.
What truly sets Cycladic Suites & Spa apart, however, is the warmth, professionalism, and dedication of Vanessa and Dior. Their genuine kindness and commitment to ensuring guests have the best possible experience is something very special. Great location, good reception, the staff is very nice and helpful.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spotless, comfortable, and maintained to a very high standard throughout my visit. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, and I especially appreciated the high-quality toiletries provided.
What truly made the experience stand out was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help. They assisted me with several arrangements during my stay and went out of their way to make everything easy and stress-free. Their positive attitude and genuine hospitality made me feel very welcome from the moment I arrived.
Overall, it was a great experience, and I would happily stay here again.

I really enjoyed staying in Santorini. Mrs Dior & Mrs Vanessa help me airport transfer and massage arrangements, telling me nice restaurants, and many advices to make my trip enjoyable. And I’m really satisfied with my staying at this hotel.
