Just perfect in every way
Pros:

Where to even start with this wonderful place?

Dior, Vanessa and Kwstas made our joint honeymoon and my wife’s 30th birthday celebrations the best experience we could have wished for. The suites themselves are out of this world: modern, beautiful and spotless. We had a private pool, which was an absolute dream.

The staff here are what really made it for us, though. They sorted taxis, made restaurant and bar bookings for us, decorated the room, and just genuinely made us feel at home throughout our week long stay.

We have never cried when leaving somewhere before, but we did here. That says everything!

The suites are also in a fantastic location, just a short walk into the centre of Fira.

If you’re debating whether to book or not, do it! you won’t be disappointed. We will 100% be back!

Perfect in every way
Pros:

Everything about this stay was perfect, we could not recommend this place enough, great location and the rooms were amazing. One of the best stays we have ever had, thank you Vanessa & Dior amazing hospitality from start to finish!

Pros:

Staff were incredibly hospitable (Dior and Vanessa, as well as Costa, who made our trip stress free with transfers) the room was clean, spacious and comfortable and the shower was the best one we had on our entire trip.

Pros:

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The service was excellent, everything was very clean, and the location was perfect — close to everything. The parking was easily accessible, which was a big plus. The staff were absolutely wonderful, friendly, and welcoming. We had a great experience and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

Very enjoyable.
Pros:

We spent a great day in Santorini and then flew out from the airport early the following day. From the moment we arrived Vanessa and Dior were most helpful and very professional. They took particular care to ensure that our stay was very enjoyable and that the room was comfortable and extremely well presented. The hotel arranged their inhouse driver, Kwstas to meet us at the port and take us to the hotel and this we much appreciated. We then engaged Kwstas to take us on a whistlestop tour around Santorini for the day and he did an excellent job. Kwstas knowledge and insight was very valuable and he was able to provide very helpful information and recommendations along with making a booking for us at an in demand restaurant bar. Overall great service from the team of three at the Cycladic Suites and we would have no hesitation returning.

Cons:

The rooms were great and very well presnted. Just a short walk from the centre of Thira. The strongest attribute the hotel has are the team of Vanessa, Dior and Kwstas.

Lugar excepcional, bien ubicado, con un servicio impecable. Amabilidad y calidez humana.

El lugar es hermoso, súper cuidado en cada detalle y además bien ubicado. Las dos personas que estaban en la recepción (la que nos recibió y la que nos despidió), Vanesa y Dior, creo que se llamaban, eran super cálidas, simpáticas y amables. Atentas para resolver cualquier cuestión y hacernos sentir cómodos. El desayuno super bueno también, variado y con cosas ricas.

Cons:

Cuesta decir algo sobre este tema. Todo estuvo muy bien ahí. Pero por decir algo, solo, podría marcar acá y además, de esa manera para que lo puedan mejorar, es que se filtró un poco de agua a la habitación desde el sauna.
