I did not use any of the facilities so can't comment on them. The staff was very very helpful. Cheerful and informative. The hotel is very modern and clean. The location is perfect...isolated on a small plaza with no traffic.
It was odd that the entry to my room led through the bathroom. You open the door from the hallway and there is the tub and shower and toilet, although there was a frosted-glass door concealing the shower and toilet. Another odd thing is there is no way to get coffee there unless you take a seat in the dining room or order room service, but thankfully there is a coffee shop on the corner of the plaza. My taxi could not access the hotel or plaza and dropped me a few blocks away, yet when I was checking out, the front desk was able to get a taxi directly to the front door.

Bedrooms on lower floors are noisy from street.
My room also had a smell like someone had been smoking in there, or the damp smell from the shower tray/door that leaked. Requested change but nothing actioned.

ottima la posizione, la camera e la colazione
La camera nostra era sopra il ristorante, e purtroppo tutti i giorni c'è musica dal vivo con painoforte fino alle 23:30/24, diciamo che chi ha difficoltà ad addormentarsi, potrebbe avere un pò fastidio. idem la mattina, iniziavano alle 7 sempre con il pianoforte o con musica sottofondo.
The hotel delivers a well-executed concept that creates a truly enjoyable atmosphere throughout. The rooftop bar is excellent, the pool area is very pleasant, and the breakfast is outstanding, featuring live piano music and a superb à la carte menu in addition to the buffet.
The champagne served with the breakfast buffet set the standard from the start and added a touch of luxury to the entire experience.

I don’t think it deserves to be 5 star as comfort was way below the what expected from a 5 start hotel, at least from my personal experience. This is a solid 4 star hotel in my opinion.
