Multiples choix.
Exceptional all around: location, style, cleanliness, staff and customer service. Housekeeping was great. Breakfast was excellent. (Jesus and Eduardo exemplary.)
Soundproofing the windows might help with the street noise at late hours.
It wasn’t as good as the first time we stayed the room had a bit of a pungent smell from the showers although the hotel I still recommend is an excellent hotel but I would recommend getting a room with a balcony
The food is amazing. The rooms are very clean other than the bad smell in the particular room we had which I don’t think endemic of the hotel.
The syaff was great! A few times the older staff refused to open the door when I walked in with packages but for the most part the younger guys & gals were superior and extra friendly. They made my day.
When I felt like I was being racially profiled & treated mildly rude by the older front door staff (a woman & man). The woman actually followed me to the elevator and watched me get on. Never said "hello" or asked if I needed assistance. The front desk young lady knew me, and we were chatting, but the front door lady continued to follow me with a look of discernment. VERY UNCOMFORTABLE since I stayed 6 days and this was everyday she worked.
Ik kreeg een upgrade, wat erg welkom was. De kamers zijn groot en schoon. De locatie is perfect, rustige omgeving maar wel binnen een paar minuten in het levendige centrum.
Op het plein voor het hotel veel daklozen, maar daar kan het hotel zelf weinig aan doen.
