Breakfast was good and the room was clean. Very nice views.

Cons:

We booked the Deluxe Grand Sea View Suite for a special occasion. On the website they said the room was 'Complete with thoughtful touches like an espresso machine and a generously stocked complimentary mini-bar, your stay is bound to be unforgettable'. On arrival in the room we found a small basic coffee machine and tea making facilities, which you find in most hotel rooms. We opened the fridge to view the 'generously stocked complimentary mini - bar and found an empty fridge. Spoke to the guy at the front desk who said that none of the rooms had mini-bars. I showed him what the website said and he made a phone call. A few minutes later he informed me that the tea and coffee making facilities were in fact the mini-bar. At first I was not sure if he was serios, but he was. Beware the information on the website as you do not get a mini bar in the room.

Mycket nöjd, bra läge, fin utsikt och trevlig personal!
Pros:

Väldigt fin utsikt då vi tog rum med vy mot vattnet och Valetta. Personalen var också mycket trevlig, hjälpsam och tillmötesgående. Bra läge nära strandpromenad och båthamn/färja.

Flot hotel på overfladen – stor skuffelse bag værelsesdøren.
Pros:

Hotellet har en rigtig god beliggenhed, en flot pool med dejlig udsigt og meget pæne fællesarealer. Ved første øjekast fremstår hotellet moderne og indbydende. Desværre stod værelsernes standard i stor kontrast til resten af hotellet.

Cons:

Vi betalte i alt 1.909,84 euro for 7 nætter, heraf 511 euro for en opgradering til en suite, som vi havde glædet os utrolig meget til.

Desværre var suiten en kæmpe skuffelse. Sofaen havde tydelige pletter, møblerne var slidte og ridsede, rengøringen var mangelfuld, og de tre altaner var så små og fyldt med store borde, at de næsten ikke kunne bruges.

Efter vores klage gik der over et døgn, før vi blev kontaktet. Vi blev flyttet til et mindre værelse, men heller ikke her var rengøringen tilfredsstillende. Blandt andet var gardinerne synligt beskidte.

Håndteringen af klagen var meget belastende. Jeg måtte gentagne gange skrive mails, besvare telefonopkald og henvende mig i receptionen. Jeg blev også flere gange kontaktet af personalet, når jeg passerede receptionen. Det gjorde det svært at slappe af og nyde ferien.

Hotellet refunderede 300 euro, men ønskede ikke at refundere hele opgraderingen på 511 euro. Selv efter tilbagebetalingen kostede opholdet 1.609,84 euro for 7 nætter.

Det mest skuffende var, at en ferie, hvor vi havde glædet os til afslapning og en luksuriøs hoteloplevelse, i stedet blev præget af frustrationer, bekymringer og gentagne diskussioner om værelsernes standard.

Jeg forventer ikke perfektion, men jeg forventer rene, velholdte værelser og professionel håndtering af klager, når jeg betaler så mange penge.

Hotellets flotte fællesarealer står desværre i stor kontrast til værelsernes standard. Oplevelsen var på ingen måde pengene værd, og jeg kommer ikke til at bo her igen.

Absolutnie cudowna wyspa.

Bardzo profesjonalna, miła i szybka obsługa, nie było żadnego problemu ze zdecydowanie szybszym i wcześniejszym zameldowaniem - pokój przygotowano kilka godzin przed czasem. Widok frontalny na morze i Vallette absolutnie cudowny a wschody słońca przepiękne. Przeszklone barierki na balkonie ułatwiały jego podziwianie z łóżka. Śniadania dobre, jedzenie smaczne. Położenie doskonałe, blisko do przeprawy promowej, liczne restauracje, bary, kawiarnie i sklepiki dosłownie pod hotelem. Dźwiękoszczelne okna wyciszają pokój, ale trzeba pamiętać, że przy otwartych drzwiach balkonowych może być głośno. Piękny widok na całą zatokę i Vallettę również z basenów na dachu. Basen kryty podgrzewany, basen odkryty nie podgrzewany. Nie jest duży, ale do schłodzenia w ciepły dzień podczas leżakowania wystarczy. Miłym zaskoczeniem była regulowana temperatura wody w prysznicu basenowym - w innych hotelach często zdarza się, że jest tylko zimna woda. Restauracja hotelowa przyjemna, cicha muzyka w tle dodaje atmosfery, jedzenie smaczne. Nasz pokój był duży, podzielny na część z garderobą, część wejściową i dużą łazienkę - w wyposażeniu nic nie brakowało. Stosunek jakości do ceny doskonały. Wybraliśmy ten hotel ze względu na widoki z okna, ale bardzo pozytywnie zaskoczyła nas jakość obsługi personelu. Hotel przygotował również informacje o pobycie oraz wiadomości turystyczne o wyspie w języku polskim - bardzo ułatwia to poruszanie się po wyspie komunikacją miejską oraz wodną jeśli ktoś nie jest angielskojęzyczny.
