Hotel highly recommended and in a very good location for visiting the island with bus, boats and taxi. Amazing staff!
Pros:

The room was spacious with a good size hanging wardrobe and dedicate space for the luggage.
We had the sea view room and this definitely was a plus.
The staff was very friendly, always helpful and full of tips about where to go to eat.

Cons:

Common spaces are a bit too hot, air conditioning was not always working well.
Breakfast could vary a bit more but it was good breakfast.

Mi sono trovata molto bene in questa struttura ha tutto il necessario di cui può aver bisogno una persona, il personale
Pros:

La struttura è molto curata, è vicina a tutte le attrazioni ha delle fermate dell’autobus vicino e molti ristorante,pub , kebab e quant’altro è presente anche un ristorante all’interno, ha una piscina, una palestra e una sauna. Le pulizie venivano fatte ogni giorno e gli asciugamani cambiati .

Pros:

Veldig gode senger og lydisolerte rom ifht støy fra fantastisk fyrverkeri og trafikk i gaten. Vennlig personale i resepsjon og i restaurant. Herlig lite basseng på taket for en nedkjøling når som helst på dagen. Room-service hver dag. Opplevdes som et trygt og komfortabelt hotell med fokus på kundeservice. Personalet hjalp alt de kunne og fikset opp da rommet vi bodde på hadde ødelagt aircondition. Dette er et hotell som ordner opp og fortjener skryt!

Great location for shops, restaurants and public transport.
Pros:

Clean, new and fresh. Great breakfast, staff helpful and friendly.

Cons:

It would be nice to see some more sustainable practices such as solar energy being used alongside the ever lasting sunshine.

Confort, service et qualité
Pros:

Buffet déjeuner très complet et très bon.
Chambre très agréable, complète et pratique. Climatisation appréciable et petite terrasse avec vue impressionante dans les étages supérieurs.
À noter la présence d'un petit lieu de vente de boissons et autres produits de premières nécessité au RDC de l'Hôtel.
L'hotel est près de tout ou jamais très loin, l'usage de Bolt est à conseiller pour se déplacer avec rapidité et flexibilité.
Point d'attention, bien avoir des chaussures de nage pour la piscine sur le toit, en plein soleil le plancher peut être brûlant.

A staff member told me and my partner that we had breakfast included and then charged us for breakfast when we checked out . Mind you the breakfast was not nice and not worth the money .

Meillä oli täydellinen viikko Maltalla! Hotellin sijainti on täydellinen, paljon hyviä ravintoloita samalla kadulla sekä satama vieressä. Helppo liikkua joka suuntaan. Lisäksi huone on erittäin siisti, toimiva, rauhallinen ja ilmastointi toimi todella hyvin. Kattouima-allas on erinomainen erityisesti siksi koska sinne ei mahdu kerralla liikaa ihmisiä. Sieltä on myös todella kauniit näkymät. Erityiskiitos loistavalle ja äärimmäisen huomaavaiselle henkilökunnalle! Kaikki toimi mutkattomasti aina varauksesta uloskirjautumiseen saakka, ja sen jälkeekin kun saimme käyttää koko päivän hotellin palveluita odotellessamme lentomme ajankohtaa.

Sweet staff, clean and tidy rooms!
Pros:

Breakfast is very classic buffet. Staffs are incredibly helpful and sweet. They come up to you explaining the hotel facilities and restaurant. We enjoyed a lot of the room services.

Cons:

The lobby AC is not as strong so the restaurant is a bit too warm too.

Pros:

It is located in a central area, right in the middle of the seafront, yet it is surprisingly quiet. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help promptly. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would gladly recommend it.
