En el centro TOP
Pros:

Si vas a Rivas, el Gran Hotel Victoria es un acierto total. Está ubicado en la misma plaza de la ciudad, al lado del mercado y de la terminal de buses, pero dentro es un remanso de paz sin ruidos. Fui sola y me pareció un lugar ideal; parece un palacio con sus techos altos y blancos, y las instalaciones son tal cual se ven en las fotos. Lo mejor de todo era abrir mi habitación y tener las vistas directas al patio interior y a la piscina. ¡Una experiencia maravillosa de 5 estrellas!

Cons:

Como puntos a mejorar, me asignaron una habitación comunicada con otra por una puerta con cerrojo. Al no estar lleno el hotel, considero que deberían acomodar a los huéspedes en habitaciones no contiguas, ya que se escuchaban perfectamente todas las conversaciones de al lado; una situación que no resulta agradable ni cómoda para una mujer que viaja sola. Por otro lado, tienen su propio restaurante con desayuno incluido, pero el servicio fue bastante lento, lo que baja la calidad de la experiencia global. Con un poco más de agilidad y mejor asignación de cuartos, sería un lugar perfecto.
