Spacious and comfortable rooms but not cudtomer friendly with an early (50 minutes) check in fee!

Cons:

I arrived 50 minutes before the official check-in time and was told the room was ready but if I wanted to have the key I had to pay an additional fee …I‘m familiar with a fee for late check out, however rarely if it is just 1-2 hours, but a fee for a 50 minutes earlier check in, I never experienced this…van der valk is pushing it a bit too much

Geweldig, Fantastisch, Subliem, Sprankelend, aanrader!

voeg toe, vervoersmiddelen..........de fiets, stalling perfect geregeld...........alles in dit hotel is perfect geregeld, personeel in het hotel en restaurant, neemt de tijd voor een gesprek, vriendelijk, top............in het kort een geweldig verblijf gehad!!!

Cons:

Hoeven we niet over na te denken, gewoon niets viel tegen...........ok heel klein ieniminie dingetje, de regen die op de vensterbank buiten drupte, wakker dus, zelf opgelost en heerlijk geslapen............

Sehr angenehme, große Zimmer, sehr schönes Schwimmbad und Gym

Cons:

Das Frühstück an Ostersonntag und Ostermontag war für die Hotelgäste in einem Saal in 1.Stock, der deutlich kleiner, damit viel enger und lange nicht so schön war. In den üblichen Räumen fand ein Osterbrunch für Externe und extra zahlende Gäste stattfand.

Pros:

This is what I call a business that truly understands its guests.
Unfortunately, our meetings ran longer than expected, so we arrived at the hotel with very little time left to fully experience and enjoy everything the property has to offer. That was genuinely disappointing, as the place has a unique atmosphere and so much character. However, we will definitely be back — this time for a longer stay to fully appreciate and enjoy it. 100% sure. 😊
