Abdulalaah who work there is a true gentleman.
Pros:

The breakfast absolutely beautiful.
Abdullah who works in the breakfast area was soo proud of his job, he was telling me what was what. Abdullah is a true gentleman and a honest person.
I would go there again because of him.

Для меня все было хорошо и не думаю что могу что то посоветовать.
Pros:

Тишина в номерах, очень чисто,персонал дружелюбный и готов помочь во всем.

Cons:

Ну разве что ресторан вечером переходит на индийскую кухню, честно на любителя)))в Грузии хочется грузинской кухни

Дважды останавливалась в этом отеле два года назад, и какая же огромная разница с этим годом.
Pros:

Отличное месторасположение и удобный, чистый номер.

Cons:

Равнодушное, пренебрежительное отношение персонала (клерки на ресепшене и работники в столовой), ужасный завтрак (не только само по себе скудное меню, но и постоянно пустые блюда, которые не спешили пополнять).

Pros:

Great location. Good size of the room and bathroom.

Cons:

Breakfast does not meet international standard. Limited choice; fex. eggs and omelets without any care or love prepared. TV subtitles are in arabic and cannot be changed. Several attempts to get this serviced not followed up. Airco also needed service; not followed-up. Somewhat uninterested mail reception staff. Hugely overpriced airport pick-up service.

I will visit this hotel again .
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was excellent, and the staff truly went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The reception team was one of the best I’ve experienced—always smiling, friendly, helpful, and willing to assist with anything I needed. They helped me with many things during my stay, and I really appreciated their kindness and professionalism.

I’m very happy with my experience and will definitely come back again. Highly recommended!
