It is a nice hotel overall , but is a little bit over priced for the amount of luxury provided…
Pros:

Close to the mall
The breakfast area was nice
Clean rooms and nice views

Cons:

Sound insulation between rooms was inadequate, and noise from neighboring rooms was noticeable.

Sunscreen was not available at the pool area, requiring guests to purchase it elsewhere.

The check-in process and pre-arrival communication lacked the level of personalization and attention to detail expected from a luxury property.

If you are in Bahrain you need to tray it.
Pros:

Great Hotel for kids and families with direct access to the mall. Very friendly staff specially Sophia in the reception. I got a call a day earlier before the arrival asking my room preferences and arrival arrangements

Only the location!

Cons:

The stay is far-most the worst in Bahrain. This address hotel absolutely doesnt represent the luxurious address hotel chain. I can start from the unprofessional handling of the baggages when we first enter the hotel. After that, it took a very long time to check in to the point that my back starts hurting (although I stated that I am pregnant). After that, both the pool area and the beach are at all not family friendly. The guards and the workers by there were continuously talking and threatening to take my kids out from the pool just for playing around the pool when the same time there are adults who were in an appropriate scene (touching and kissing) infront of familes!
Then at 6pm when we asked the butler for the menu before even welcoming and saying hello. He rudely said we cant take any food order only drinks (at this point we didn’t even ask for food, we actually wanted drinks). Lastly, the room service is extra slow. Takes alot of time to answer a call and bring something to ur room. The tools provided like for example the tooth brush and paste is very cheap and doesnt represent a 5 starts hotel.
That is absolutely going to be the last time here at the address Bahrain!
