Séjour décevant
Pros:

Je recommande le restaurant Espadon et le café Maure

Cons:

Les tarifs du restaurant sont beaucoup trop élevés : une pizza basique coûte 50 DT, ce qui est vraiment exagéré. De plus, aucune addition ne nous a été présentée.

Concernant la chambre 260, nous avons rencontré un problème de fuite d’eau. Nous avons réclamé à plusieurs reprises, mais nous n’avons reçu aucune réponse ni solution.

The electricity time to time was stopped, the air-conditionner sometimes working and sometimes not .

The worst thing was at arrival, we need it to wait to nearly 18 h for check-in, because the system was blocked and no electricity 😢 it's funny but true.

Séjour ressourçant dans un cadre exceptionnel
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner était varié et il y avait assez de choix, l’emplacement de l’hôtel et l’architecture sont exceptionnels. Le personnel est présent et discret à la fois. Et le calme qui règne dans l’hôtel est incroyable

Cons:

J’avais fait une demande particulière au moment de la réservation, à laquelle j’avais eue une réponse favorable par message avant notre arrivée mais une fois à l’hôtel celle ci n’a pas été exécutée.

J’ai adoré la vue et l’hôtel

J’ai aimé surtout le personnel hyper souriant et chaleureux surtout qu’il y avait une personne qui s’appelle Hamrouni qui nous a beaucoup orienté et il était super acceuillant, même l’homme à l’accueil nous a promis de nous changer de chambre pour les nuits suivantes pour avoir une meilleure vue et il a tenu sa promesse, la vue était vraiment splendide entre mer et montagne, le petit déjeuner varié et copieux avec une superbe vue, la piscine eau de mer est absolument top, pareil la vue depuis la piscile est à couper le souffle, je reviendrai certainement
