Un petit coin de paradis niché dans les collines
Pros:

Un très agréable séjour passé au Royal Tulip dans un cadre unique en Tunisie entre mer et collines, aux chaudes couleurs rappelant La Clape du golfe méditerranéen.
Le personnel est serviable et très aimable, particulièrement au parking, à l'accueil (Chahed) et à la réception (Allaedine et Hanin). Le personnel de nettoyage est aussi très sympathique.
Les buffets du petit déjeuner et du dîner sont variés et de qualité très correcte.
La piscine et les espaces communs sont plus qu'agréables et très propres.
Merci à Allaedine de nous avoir permis un late check out.

Cons:

Nous avons cependant regretté que notre message concernant des intolérances alimentaires soit resté sans réponse constructive, que la télévision qui ne fonctionnait pas n'ait pas été réparée dans la chambre et que le restaurant du petit-déjeuner n'ait pas été prêt et propre dès son horaire d'ouverture.

From the moment I arrived, they welcomed me with genuine warmth and beautiful smiles, making me feel valued and comfortable. They were always attentive to my needs, responded promptly to every request, and demonstrated outstanding professionalism, kindness, and efficiency. Their positive attitude, dedication, and willingness to go the extra mile truly enhanced my overall experience. They are excellent ambassadors of the hotel’s high standards of service and deserve special recognition for their exceptional customer care.

I would also like to commend the entire hotel team. Every staff member I encountered, from check-in until departure, was courteous, welcoming, and helpful. The hotel was exceptionally clean and well maintained, creating a very pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. The food was delicious, with a great variety and excellent quality. I especially enjoyed the seawater swimming pool, which was unique and added a wonderful touch to the experience.

Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable. I look forward to returning in the future and will gladly recommend Royal Tulip korbous Bay Hotel to my family and friends.

Cons:

The only area that could be improved is the beach, as it did not meet the same high standard as the rest of the facilities. Apart from that, everything exceeded my expectations.

Séjour calme et très reposant.
Le personnel de l'hôtel et très aimable, à l'écoute et respectueux.
Le cadre est splendide et la vue exceptionnelle.
La piscine d'eau de mer et très propre et agréable.
La vue de la chambre est splendide.
Une navette est prévue pour aller et rentrer de la plage (à n'importe quel moment, sur demande).

Cons:

Il manque quelques porte-manteaux dans les chambres.
Le ménage dans les chambres est fait trop tardivement (après 15h).
Le prix du buffet est un peu élevé par rapport au contenu proposé (même si le buffet reste correct).
