Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen, alle Mitarbeitenden waren überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet & das Zimmer war sehr groß. Es gab 24h Wasser , Cola und Kaffee. Außerdem ist das Hotel toll gelegen.
The staff was always available, everyone was friendly and helpful. We appreciated the bottled water offered throughout our stay. The room was an average size but our bathroom was huge. The property has an artsy, funky feel to it but it is very clean and well run. There are a lot of walkable restaurants and bars nearby in their Roma Norte neighborhood. I loved seeing everyone out walking there dogs!
It's in a busy neighborhood with a bar downstairs so there is city noise. We were not particularly bothered by it but when we checked out the hotel did not charge us for one night of our 6 night stay perhaps because other guests felt noise was too much on Saturday night. The linens and cleaning products have a fairly strong scent which I noticed because I generally use unscented products.

Great location, nice rooms and incredibly attentive and considerate staff. We stayed here several times and the team was always extremely friendly and helpful.
The beds were firm enough and the pillows soft enough for our preferences, which is not the standard in Mexico and was a big plus for us.
Some rooms can be a little bit noisy. This is to be expected at this location and the hotel does provide earplugs. We had known about this beforehand and it didn't disrupt our sleep.

Very nice Hotel. The staff and their kindness was outstanding. The location could not be better.
The building is pretty old which is great for the architecture but it can become pretty noisy when people in the hallway are talking or from outside (plenty of bars arround)

The staff was amazing. The property was artsy. The Rooftop was great to unwind.
The acoustics off our room, 5, was loud by our neighbors since they were talking loudly at 6:30am
Fantastisk beliggenhed midt i Roma Norte. Lækkert design og gode løsninger overalt. Dejligt fællesrum med sjov kunst på væggene. Dejligt med gratis kaffe, te, vand og sødt brød til rådighed gratis. Personalet var alle meget søde og hjælpsomme.
Det varme vand var lidt lang tid undervejs, men når det kom var det dejligt varmt. Der manglede måske lidt udsugning på badeværelset, der blev let lidt klamt. Heldigvis var der to store vinduer, der kunne klare det meste.
Der manglede siddepladser på værelserne, et par stole og et bord havde været dejligt.

The artisanal decor was great, so was the location. Buoyed the snacks and plentiful water. Staff were super nice.
