Good hotel in CDMX
Pros:

Great location and very friendly and pleasant staff. We needed to change room because orginally we were given one right next to reception and we could hear everything. The upstairs rooms are much better. They were very kind about this and even discounted our bill to compensate for the issues.

Definitely recommend staying here, but make sure you ask for an upstairs room.

Cons:

Noisy on the ground floor with rooms right next to reception.

Brilliant place to explore Mexico City from
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at nana Vida, the staff are very friendly and accommodating and the location is amazing, would highly recommend staying here. There are free pastries, tea, coffee and soft drinks daily, and a complimentary mezcal station

Very comfortable stay at a good price point!
Pros:

Location & staff. Free beverages, pastries, and coffee. The staff also go above and beyond to welcome you into Mexico City and provided several small gifts (handmade soap, coffee grounds) upon check in and out.

Cons:

Noise significantly traveled throughout the hotel, we could hear other guests, staff, etc which was occasionally disruptive. We also felt like others could hear us. The hotel does provide a sound machine which was incredibly helpful. We also had issues with our AC unit which was constantly dripping onto the dresser. Thankfully none of our items were damaged

The ethos of the place is admirable.The staff are welcoming, friendly, polite and helpful. We really appreciate the lovely touches such as locally produced soaps. Would recommend this wonderful place if you're staying in Roma Norte.

Pros:

Friendly service, spotless rooms, and a gorgeous building. The thoughtful touches stood out: they organized our toiletries, provided a laundry hamper, and left us local soap and locally roasted coffee. Water bottles were always on hand, and the location is walkable to terrific coffee shops and restaurants. Highly recommend!
