Pros:

Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt und sind rundum zufrieden. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das äußerst freundliche, herzliche und zuvorkommende Personal, das unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Das Essen war sehr lecker und von hoher Qualität. Die Zimmer sind wunderschön, sauber und sehr gepflegt. Insgesamt hat einfach alles gepasst – wir kommen gerne wieder und können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Great stay needs some improvements
Pros:

The hotel is beautiful, the ambiance is fantastic, and the overall level of hospitality is outstanding. Service team is great, especially the barkeeper, Rafail, who provided perfect hospitality and made us feel so welcome!!

Food is limited but great and also great location 10min for airport and 15min from the Heraklion Center.

Cons:

Beach Service: Unlike the rest of the hotel, the service at the beach felt a bit inattentive and lacked the proactive standard we experienced elsewhere.

Breakfast À La Carte: We tried it the first morning but didn't order again. The options are very limited and not tasty.

There are only 2 restaurants inside the hotel and on Sunday there was only one of them was working with set menu. We stayed 5 nights so was ok but if you stay longer the food options are limited and could be boring. We saw that there was sushi before in the bar but not available anymore. It would have been great.

Amazing.
Pros:

I stay at hotels quite frequently, including many luxury properties, and this hotel truly stands out. Exceptional service, immaculate facilities, and rooms that look and feel as if the hotel opened yesterday.

Every request was handled promptly, regardless of the time of day, and throughout our stay it was clear that every detail had been carefully considered to create a seamless guest experience.

To everyone involved, well done. You should be very proud of what you’ve created.

Schöner und exklusiver Sommerurlaub
Pros:

In diesem Hotel ist wirklich alles perfekt, außer das Angebot der vegetarischen Gerichte.
Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer und das freundliche Personal ist deutlich hervorzuheben.
Die Getränke an der Bar sind ausgezeichnet und auch das Essen am Pool wirklich super.

Cons:

Die Auswahl der vegetarischen Speisen ist deutlich eingeschränkt.
Das Hotel hat zwei Restaurants. In einem der beiden gibt es nur eine vegetarische Hauptspeise.
Sonntag ist nur das Restaurant offen, in dem es lediglich eine vegetarische Hauptspeise gibt.

Très bien mais des points à améliorer
Pros:

L’hôtel est très beau et très propre
La domotique est au top dans la chambre
Le service est génial, avec des attentions soignées de la part du personnel
La restauration est de qualité bien qu’un peu limité au niveau des choix, mais c’est un gage de qualité.
Le personnel est avenant et qualifié

Cons:

Les piscines sont glacées ce qui n’est pas acceptable dans ce type d’établissement qui se veut haut de gamme.
Encore si seules les piscines individuelles étaient froides, et la piscine commune chaude,… mais la, ni l’une ni l’autre. En plus, l’hôtel propose de chauffer les piscines individuelles pour la modique somme de 50 euros par tranche de deux degrés … vu le prix des nuitées, ce type de prestation est minable et incompréhensible dans un 5 étoiles.

Par ailleurs, l’hôtel est près de l’aéroport ce qui est un avantage mais aussi un inconvénient puisque l’on voit les avions atterrir et on entend les avions décoller toutes les 10 minutes et, si le vent est favorable, on peut même sentir les effluves du kérosène !

Il n’y a rien autour de l’hôtel donc, pour les visites, la voiture est nécessaire

Louder than we expected in the rooms and main pool area.
Drinks service at the main pool would be nice , as it’s 5 star boutique hotel.
New beach area that hotel provides a ride to is quite messy and unorganized.

Best Hotel I ever visitited

To zdecydowanie najlepszy hotel, w jakim kiedykolwiek byłem! Obsługa na najwyższym poziomie – bardzo miła, pomocna i zawsze uśmiechnięta. Pokoje perfekcyjnie czyste, nowoczesne i bardzo komfortowe. Śniadania przepyszne, ogromny wybór i wszystko świeże. Kolacje a la carte na poziomie najlepszych restauracji. Bary z najlepszymi koktajlami i barmanami - pozdrawiam Rafaela i Leuterisa! Atmosfera w hotelu sprawiała, że można było naprawdę odpocząć i poczuć się wyjątkowo. Każdy detal był dopracowany do perfekcji. Na pewno wrócę tutaj ponownie i z całego serca polecam każdemu!

Cons:

Mieszane uczucia co do zabiegów w SPA, ciężko o terminy mimo umawiania w pierwszy dzień przylotu. Pojawiło się nieporozumienie co do uznania rabatów na zabiegi, szkoda. Najśmieszniejsze jest to że trzeba pisać opinie po każdym zabiegu obok szefowej SPA - ciężko wtedy o wiarygodne opinie :)

Tolles Hotel !
Pros:

Die Zimmer sind modern und stilvoll eingerichtet. Es gibt ebenfalls ein Pillow-Menu wo man sich bei Bedarf die Kissen aussuchen kann. Das Zimmer wird über Smart Home gesteuert.
Die Anlage und die Zimmer sind extrem sauber und man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Auch der Spa ist ein wundervolles Highlight - hier unbedingt eine Massage buchen (am besten bei Nancy!). Das kulinarische Angebot ist vielfältig. Besonders das nette Personal (Ioanna und ihr Team) haben unseren Aufenthalt unvergesslich gemacht. Anfragen kann man einfach über WhatsApp an die Rezeption senden. Also super unkompliziert und ein echt toller Urlaub. Die Flugzeuge bekommt man vom naheliegenden Flughafen wirklich kaum mit.

Cons:

Trotz der sehr großen Auswahl am Buffet und im Restaurant fehlt es an veganen und vegetarischen Alternativen und an einer gewissen Auswahl hier. Man kann aber das Personal ansprechen und dann individuelle Lösungen finden. Dennoch hat mich das bei diesem neuen, modernen Lifestyle Hotel gewundert.
Ebenfalls muss man das Abendessen reservieren in einem der zwei Restaurants. Dabei wird abgefragt, ob man Allergien hat. Find ich mega! Leider wird dann im Restaurant keine Rücksicht darauf genommen und es werden auch keine Alternativen proaktiv angeboten. Die Info wird also nicht weiter berücksichtigt. Das finde ich schade. Die Abfrage impliziert die Erwartung, dass die Info an das Team geleitet wird und man dann auch eben Rücksicht darauf nimmt.

Impossible d’avoir un petit déjeuner tôt le matin avant de prendre l’avion. Nous avons eu une assiette avec des produits cellophanes, pas de boisson chaude.
