We stayed at Pnoé Breathing Life for a few days as newlyweds and honestly, this is by far the best hotel experience we’ve ever had.
What really stood out to us was the people. Everyone we interacted with was incredibly welcoming, caring and attentive. They don’t just do their job and move on. They actually talk to you, joke around with you and genuinely seem to care about making sure you’re having a good time. It makes a huge difference.
We had told them beforehand that we would be checking in late, and when we arrived they had prepared food, drinks and everything for us in the room. After a long day, that was such a nice surprise.
The housekeeping team was also amazing. Every time we came back to the room, we genuinely couldn’t believe how perfectly everything had been cleaned and prepared. It felt like we were walking into a new room every time. They would even leave us little treats from time to time, which was such a nice touch.
The 24/7 chat is actually 24/7. We used it a few times and there was always someone there to help with whatever we needed. Even when something wasn’t normally offered or available, they would still try to find a solution. That level of attentiveness is something we really appreciated.
The day before we checked out, they also sent us some fruits and drinks with a little note. It’s all these small things that really made the stay special.
We were initially a bit worried about the fact that the hotel is only around 15 minutes from the airport, but the soundproofing is honestly incredible. We barely noticed the planes at all and it was never an issue.
We also had a couple of massages during our stay and Antonis was fantastic. He genuinely has hands from God. If you stay here, definitely check out the spa and book a treatment.
The gym was also surprisingly well equipped for a hotel gym and had everything you’d need for a quick workout.
Modern, clean, peaceful and great location. All of the staff were absolutely amazing! Friendly, professional and such a pleasure. The food was fantastic.

The calm and relaxing aesthetic of the property is truly special. Can’t wait for the future vision of the property to further encapsule the beach and sea. Staff is outstanding. Ms Ioanna at Anasa Restaurant is the breeze and a true breath of fresh air in the morning. She will let you in on best Cretan To Dos and you will never go thirsty or hungry under her watch. Her smile sets the mood for the day, sunny and bright. From reception, through to bar and restaurants all the way to gym, spa and room service, just marvelous staff. Cannot say that I missed a thing. And beyond, we got to experience numerous little tokens of appreciation. Just wonderful. We’ll be back.

Cet établissement a 3 petits défauts qui peuvent être embêtants selon l’exigence de chacun :
1. Les avions décollent et atterrissent tout à côté. Nous les avons très vite oubliés mais cela dépend de chacun.
2. La plage privée n’est pas sur l’hôtel mais dans un hôtel un peu plus loin; une voiture vous y emmène à la demande mais elle n’a pas le standing de l’établissement.
3. Le personnel est très aimable pour la plupart et le service réactif et attentionné mais il n’est pas complètement à la hauteur du standing qu’on attend d’un 5 étoiles.

Το δωμάτιο μας ήταν εξαιρετικά άνετο, καλαίσθητο και πεντακάθαρο,προσφέροντας όλες τις απαραίτητες ανέσεις για μια απόλυτα ξεκούραστη διαμονή. Παράλληλα οι χώροι της πισίνας , του μπαρ και του σπα ξεχωρίζουν για την υποδειγματική καθαριότητα και την προσεγμένη ατμόσφαιρα, ενώ το φαγητό ήταν εξαιρετικής ποιότητας, με προσεγμένες γεύσεις που ικανοποίησαν πλήρως τις προσδοκίες μας. Ιδιαίτερη μνεία οφείλουμε στο προσωπικό του ξενοδοχείου,καθώς η άψογη εξυπηρέτηση,ο επαγγελματισμός και η υποδειγματική επικοινωνία από την πρώτη στιγμή της κράτησης, συνέβαλαν καθοριστικά σε μια άρτια εμπειρία διαμονής.
