Amazing facilities, perfect location and great stuff!
Pros:

Amazing facilities, rooms are well designed and clean, breakfast was fabulous and the rooftop area is great to hand out. The staff were so welcoming, helpful at anything we needed and made our stay much better.
There gym is well equipped and all new.
Will definitely come back to this hotel.

Schön und nett aber definitiv ausbaufähig.
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam, zuvorkommend und freundlich. Das Hotel ist sehr schön und ästhetisch eingerichtet. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr sauber auch im Zimmer wurde der Boden täglich nass aufgenommen. Das Essen ist in beiden Restaurants sehr lecker, bei den à la carte Menüs gab es eine relativ kleine Auswahl an Speisen.

Cons:

Wir waren im Oktober da und konnten weder unseren Pool im Zimmer noch den Gemeinschaftspool nutzen, weil das Wasser eiskalt war (Das Meer war wärmer). Bei diesem Preis und zu dieser Jahreszeit habe ich erwartet, dass alle Pools beheizt werden und auch von den Gästen wirklich genutzt werden können, da sie ja auch zur Ausstattung gehören und so leider nur Deko waren. Man hätte den Pool auf Anfrage aufheizen lassen können, müsste dafür aber 50 Euro pro Tag für 2 Grad wärmeres Wasser bezahlen, was wir nicht eingesehen haben.
Das SPA des Hotels ist sehr klein. Für eine einstündige Wellnessnutzung hätte man ebenfalls 50 Euro extra bezahlen müssen, was wir für eine Stunde und das kleine Angebot als sehr stolzen Preis empfinden.
Das Essen war sehr lecker aber leider oft lauwarm bis kalt und für unseren Aufenthalt von 12 Tagen war es leider etwas wenig Abwechslung.

Lovely staff and intimate vibe
Pros:

The service in general was incredible and the staff was super super nice. The food in the restaurant was also very good

Cons:

Honestly our pool did not get enough sun and the water was super cold so we ended up paying for a room with a pool that we didn’t use cause it was extremely cold. There’s an option to pay to heat the pool, but aside from the €€ it takes around 8 hours to heat up and the hotel does not guarantee the temperature to drop since it’s an outside pool.
Even though we loved the food at the restaurant, the food in the pool bar was honestly very disappointing, I do not recommend the club sandwich

Fantastic luxury getaway
Pros:

This resort is exactly what it looks like from the photos, if not better. The location is extremely handy for those flying into Heraklion and it has exactly what we were looking for: peace, relaxation and beach (at 2 minutes). The staff truly go above and beyond, incredible service, especially at breakfast. Would love to gate-keep, but honestly I have to highly recommend.

מלון מהמם! צוות שירותי ומפנק מאוד! עזרו לנו בכל בקשה ונתנו שירות מעל לכל הציפיות! בופה מגוון וטעים, הרבה אופציות לצמחונים. המלון 15 דק מהשדה תעופה.

Cons:

הבריכה הפרטית לא מחוממת, עולה 70 יורו ליום כדי לחמם. מתקני הספא הם בתיאום מראש ותשלום נוסף אלא אם כן הזמנתם מסאז, אז מקבלים 30 דק שימוש. יש רעש של נחיתות והמראות מהשדה תעופה.

The best hotel experience we’ve ever had
Pros:

We stayed at Pnoé Breathing Life for a few days as newlyweds and honestly, this is by far the best hotel experience we’ve ever had.

What really stood out to us was the people. Everyone we interacted with was incredibly welcoming, caring and attentive. They don’t just do their job and move on. They actually talk to you, joke around with you and genuinely seem to care about making sure you’re having a good time. It makes a huge difference.

We had told them beforehand that we would be checking in late, and when we arrived they had prepared food, drinks and everything for us in the room. After a long day, that was such a nice surprise.

The housekeeping team was also amazing. Every time we came back to the room, we genuinely couldn’t believe how perfectly everything had been cleaned and prepared. It felt like we were walking into a new room every time. They would even leave us little treats from time to time, which was such a nice touch.

The 24/7 chat is actually 24/7. We used it a few times and there was always someone there to help with whatever we needed. Even when something wasn’t normally offered or available, they would still try to find a solution. That level of attentiveness is something we really appreciated.

The day before we checked out, they also sent us some fruits and drinks with a little note. It’s all these small things that really made the stay special.

We were initially a bit worried about the fact that the hotel is only around 15 minutes from the airport, but the soundproofing is honestly incredible. We barely noticed the planes at all and it was never an issue.

We also had a couple of massages during our stay and Antonis was fantastic. He genuinely has hands from God. If you stay here, definitely check out the spa and book a treatment.

The gym was also surprisingly well equipped for a hotel gym and had everything you’d need for a quick workout.

Pros:

Absolutely amazing hotel! Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. Beautiful rooms, great food, a peaceful atmosphere and exceptional service. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making our stay truly special. One of the best hotels we have ever visited. We will definitely come back!

Highly recommended if you are seeking calm and elevated experience by the Cretan sea.
Pros:

The calm and relaxing aesthetic of the property is truly special. Can’t wait for the future vision of the property to further encapsule the beach and sea. Staff is outstanding. Ms Ioanna at Anasa Restaurant is the breeze and a true breath of fresh air in the morning. She will let you in on best Cretan To Dos and you will never go thirsty or hungry under her watch. Her smile sets the mood for the day, sunny and bright. From reception, through to bar and restaurants all the way to gym, spa and room service, just marvelous staff. Cannot say that I missed a thing. And beyond, we got to experience numerous little tokens of appreciation. Just wonderful. We’ll be back.
