נהנינו מאוד מהשהות במלון! הצוות היה פשוט מושלם אדיב, שירותי, מקצועי ותמיד עם חיוך, וגרם לנו להרגיש רצויים לאורך כל החופשה.

המלון החדרים הכל נקי, מטופח ויפה,והאווירה הייתה נעימה ורגועה. האוכל היה טעים ומגוון, והמתקנים היו ברמה גבוהה.

תודה רבה לכל צוות המלון על אירוח יוצא מן הכלל. אין ספק שנשמח לחזור שוב וממליצים בחום לכל מי שמחפש חופשה מושלמת ושקטה !

The hotel is top notch, the rooms and the common areas are designed beautifully.
The staff is excellent, friendly and helpful, the communication with them via WhatsApp is seamless, the spa and gym are great, the pool area is wonderful, and the proximity to the beach and to the Heraklion airport is perfect.

Quality of accommodation,incredible food,super friendly, positive and professional staff throughout. Hotel facilities absolutely fantastic.

Absolutely nothing, everything was perfect!An exceptional stay with a very high standard of hospitality. The staff provided outstanding service from start to finish. The spa experience was breathtaking, featuring an excellent and highly professional massage. The rooms are beautifully designed with great attention to detail. We also absolutely loved the private pool, it was large, intimate, and perfect for relaxing.
As a tip, the all-inclusive package is an absolute must-have and highly recommended!
We will definitely be back!

Wir waren zum dritten mal im Hotel Pnoe. Unser Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück und Abendessen sind immer sehr gut mit einer tollen Auswahl. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We had a wonderful stay at Pnoé Breathing Life.

The hotel is beautiful, modern, and exceptionally clean. The rooms are stylish, the breakfast is excellent, and the private beach is lovely and well organized. Every member of the staff was warm, friendly, and genuinely dedicated to making our stay as enjoyable as possible.

We did experience an issue with the air conditioning, but what truly impressed us was the way the team handled it. They responded quickly, moved us to another room, followed up several times, and went above and beyond with thoughtful gestures and personal notes to make sure we felt cared for. That level of hospitality is rare and deserves special recognition.

Thank you to the entire Pnoé team for your kindness, professionalism, and outstanding service. We truly felt like valued guests and would be delighted to return in the future.

Everything was exceptional. Staff went above and beyond, from front desk, via restaurants, drivers, housekeeping, every single member of staff was amazing. Food was great, hotel super clean and modern, every single piece was extraordinary.

Die Atmosphäre des Hotels und der Service waren erstklassig. Das Hotel ist sehr modern. Alles ist über das Handy steuerbar, selbst der Service funktioniert über Whatsapp. Das Essen hat fantastisch geschmeckt.

Séjour exceptionnel ! Le personnel est vraiment aux petits soins et fait tout pour que l'on se sente bien. Un grand merci à Ioanna qui a été particulièrement attentionnée, professionnelle et toujours disponible pour répondre à nos besoins. Tout le reste du staff mérite également d'être félicité pour son accueil chaleureux, sa gentillesse et son efficacité. Le service est irréprochable et la propreté de l’hôtel incroyable.Grâce à toute l'équipe, notre séjour a été des plus agréables. Je recommande cet hôtel sans hésitation et j'y reviendrai avec plaisir !

Its breathtaking! We were here for our honeymoon and it was exactly what we wanted. The room was perfect, the staff was always helpful and friendly, the facilities were amazing! Totally recommend!

Pnoe Breathing Life is a true 5 star experience!

The suites are beautifully designed, all with private pools. The service was impeccable and the food was amazing, with fresh, delicious ingredients and plenty of variety. We are not usually ‘dessert people’ but we couldn’t get enough of them at Pnoe!

The spa was definitely one of the highlights. I was lucky enough to have a 75-minute beeswax candle massage with Anastasia, and it was incredible. I’ve had a lot of massages at home and aboard, but this was honestly one of the best. It was so relaxing, and Anastasia was amazing, I would come back just for this treatment!

The hotel is small with a luxurious boutique feel. If you’re a couple wanting to switch off and relax, this is the place!

הייתה לנו חוויה מעולה. אני אתחיל דווקא בשני הדברים השליליים שראיתי שחזרו בהרבה ביקורות: 1. רעש מטוסים - השדה של הרקליון נמצא ממש בתוך העיר ככה שבכל האיזור של העיר יש רעש של מטוסים. זה לא משהו ספציפי למלון הזה. ככה שאפשר לבחור, להיות קרוב לעיר ונסיעה קצרה זה גם אומר שיהיה רעש ולהפך.
1. בריכות פרטיות קרות - אני באופן אישי מאוד מאוד רגישה לקור. יש אפשרות לחמם את הבריכה ב2 מעלות צלזיוס בתשלום נוסף, אבל אנחנו היינו ביולי והוסבר לי שהבריכה היא בטמפרטורה של 30 מעלות שזה המקסימום שמותר בבריכה מטעמי בטיחות וניקיון אז אין טעם לשלם. לי באופן אישי זה עדיין קר (ואני יודעת שאני לא דוגמה לכלל האוכלוסייה) אבל ככה גם היה לי כנראה בכל בריכה אחרת. הבריכה החיצונית לעומת זאת, יש לה הרבה מאוד חלקים רדודים יחסית שממש ממש כיף לשבת בהם והטמפרטורה בהם גבוהה יותר ככה שעדיין נהנתי מאוד משהייה בבריכה.

באופן כללי המלון קטן יחסית, מה שאומר שאין הרבה אורחים והכל מרגיש מאוד אקסלוסיבי, ובנוסף זה מאוד נוח שהכל קרוב ונגיש.
המלון מעוצב ברמה סופר גבוהה, הכל מאוד אסטטי ועשוי מחומרים איכותיים, וכל פינות הישיבה מאוד נוחות, והכל מאוד יפה למראה. רואים שהושקע המון כסף ומחשבה.

החדר החכם נוח מאוד לשימוש, וגם מערכת הסאונד שמתחברת בקלות לטלפון, והטלויזיה שמתחברת בקלות לנטפליקס היה בונוס שווה מאוד והפך את השהייה בחדר לפינוק אמיתי.

מבחינת אוכל, לפני ההגעה אמרתי למלון מספר פעמים לגבי אוכל טבעוני, וגם הייתי ספציפית בבקשות כמו טופו, גבינה טבעונית, חלב סויה לקפה וכו... ככה שאני לא יודעת אם זה נמצא שם באופן קבוע או לא (לדעתי לא, לפי התפריט) אבל הם לגמרי לקחו הכל לתשומת ליבם ורכשו מצרכים מתאימים. בנוסף על כל זה הם אמרו לנו לבקש דברים במיוחד מהשף. וככה על פי מתכון ששלחתי אליו השף הכין חביתה מקמח עדשים וטופו, וגם הכינו לנו במיוחד ריזוטו טבעוני. ככה שהיה ניכר שהם באמת יוצאים מגדר הרגיל בשביל לענות על הבקשות שלנו, ומניסיון - זה נדיר. לקפטן של חדר האוכל גם בבוקר וגם בערב היה חשוב לוודא שמה שהם הכינו טבעוני יצא טוב וטעים כי זה לא משהו שהם מכינים באופן רגיל.

Excellent location, just a 5-minute drive from the port. Quiet and relaxing atmosphere, with unlimited sunbeds and no need to wait for one. The pools are amazing, the rooms are excellent and equipped with smart room technology. The hotel is beautiful, centrally located, and very comfortable. The all-inclusive package was fantastic—we didn’t have to worry about paying for anything extra. We had an absolutely wonderful stay and enjoyed every moment.
