Sublime établissement en all inclusive
Pros:

L’hôtel est sublime et la décoration est extrêmement soignée.
Le SPA est magnifique.
Les restaurants sont excellents.
La chambre est un condensé de luxe, technologie et charme avec une piscine privée.

Cons:

Cet établissement a 3 petits défauts qui peuvent être embêtants selon l’exigence de chacun :
1. Les avions décollent et atterrissent tout à côté. Nous les avons très vite oubliés mais cela dépend de chacun.
2. La plage privée n’est pas sur l’hôtel mais dans un hôtel un peu plus loin; une voiture vous y emmène à la demande mais elle n’a pas le standing de l’établissement.
3. Le personnel est très aimable pour la plupart et le service réactif et attentionné mais il n’est pas complètement à la hauteur du standing qu’on attend d’un 5 étoiles.

Το δωμάτιο μας ήταν εξαιρετικά άνετο, καλαίσθητο και πεντακάθαρο,προσφέροντας όλες τις απαραίτητες ανέσεις για μια απόλυτα ξεκούραστη διαμονή. Παράλληλα οι χώροι της πισίνας , του μπαρ και του σπα ξεχωρίζουν για την υποδειγματική καθαριότητα και την προσεγμένη ατμόσφαιρα, ενώ το φαγητό ήταν εξαιρετικής ποιότητας, με προσεγμένες γεύσεις που ικανοποίησαν πλήρως τις προσδοκίες μας. Ιδιαίτερη μνεία οφείλουμε στο προσωπικό του ξενοδοχείου,καθώς η άψογη εξυπηρέτηση,ο επαγγελματισμός και η υποδειγματική επικοινωνία από την πρώτη στιγμή της κράτησης, συνέβαλαν καθοριστικά σε μια άρτια εμπειρία διαμονής. Wonderful oasis near Heraklion airport - perfect for a long weekend getaway to pamper yourself
Pros:

Location is very close to the airport but it wasn’t noisy at all. The facilities are lovely and the whole team was super helpful and friendly. Special mention to Mrs Ioanna at the restaurant for making meals a joy, Fotini the spa manager & Nancy the spa therapist - they made my stay the more worthwhile.

The spa is also very lovely if you book treatments or just want to use the facilities. Enjoyed having my own pool as well - nice surprise that I was upgraded on arrival.

Cons:

Nothing - was absolutely perfect.

Loved my private pool. The most stunning room all smart connected. The ambiance the aroma the aesthetic the architecture that it was like something out of a movie. Absolutely loved the welcome at the entrance from Stella and how beautiful the entrance and the lobby is it feels more like a stunning home than a hotel

Cons:

The Sunday night food needs improvement. Salad and dessert could be improved.

​We recently stayed at Pnoe Breathing Life Hotel and had an absolutely amazing time. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this boutique hotel is designed with deep attention to every small detail—not just in the rooms, but across the entire property. There were delightful surprises waiting for us everywhere we turned!
​What truly made this trip extraordinary, however, was the incredible staff who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome:
​Thanos and Pavlou at the pool bar served fantastic drinks and were always an absolute blast to chat with.
​Lidia and Theodosia at the reception greeted us with warmth and professionalism, making check-in and everything else seamless.
​Manos, the breakfast chef, started our mornings off right with delicious food and great energy.
​Ioanna and the wonderful teams at both Anasa and Thymesis restaurants delivered impeccable service and memorable dining experiences.
​We also deeply appreciated the housekeeping team, who tended to our room an incredible three times a day—keeping our private pool and living space in pristine, immaculate condition.
​Every single person we encountered contributed to making this a flawless getaway. We are looking forward to return to Pnoe!
