Hotel in posizione comoda per raggiungere con pochi passi la stazione metro vicina. La stanza executive è comoda con ampi spazi e letto principale molto comodo. La doccia è incredibile, con un getto d'acqua a cascata.

Cons:

non mi aspettavo inesistenza totale di spazi comuni, dato che la reception all'ingresso ha solo la scrivania di accettazione.
lavandino un pò piccolo.
Di sera la strada non è molto frequentata e sembra di stare in periferia.

Lage TOP - Hotel Flop NICHT zu empfehlen

Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich sehr gut. Das war es aber leider auch schon.

Cons:

Wir hatten einen Economy Zimmer gebucht. Unser Zimmer war auf der Erdgeschossebene Nummer G3. Als wir unsere Koffer ausgepackt haben, beziehungsweise auspacken wollten, lagen im Kleiderschrank noch alte Spritzen und Ampullen(Annahme Insulin) vom vorherigen Gast. Deshalb können wir davon ausgehen, dass der Kleiderschrank nicht gesäubert wurde. Wir sind direkt zur Rezeption und wollten ein anderes sauberes Zimmer. Nach vielen hin und her bekamen wir ein Doppelzimmer im ersten OG. Nachdem wir unsere Koffer ausgepackt hatten, kam die Dame von der Rezeption und sagte das wir morgen wieder in das andere Zimmer umziehen müssen, wenn es nochmal gereinigt wurde. Wir waren damit natürlich nicht einverstanden und haben alles versucht, in dem Doppelzimmer zu bleiben, um nicht wieder alles ein- und auspacken zu müssen. Leider gab es keine Möglichkeiten und wir mussten umziehen und wieder alles ein und auspacken. Es wurde uns auch in finanzieller Hinsicht nicht entgehen gekommen. Nächsten Tag sind wir wieder umgezogen und haben dann festgestellt, dass in dem Zimmer G3 der Safe nicht funktioniert ( und die nächsten 3 Tage auch nicht repariert wurde) und die Duschebrause auch nicht funktionierte ( diese wurde aber funktionsfähig gemacht). Außerdem wäre es hilfreich gewesen, dass bei der Buchung gestanden hätte, dass die Economy Zimmer kein richtiges Tageslicht haben und nur einen Lichtschacht und dass der Ausblick auf einen sehr unordentlichen Abstellraum ist.
Außerdem muss man sagen, dass das Hotel extrem hellhörig ist. Der Gepäckaufbewahrungsraum befindet sich direkt neben den Economy Zimmern, sodass man ständig geweckt oder wach wird, wenn die anderen Gäste ihre Koffer bringen oder holen. Bei unserem Zimmer kam noch hinzu, dass wir morgens mit sehr lauten quietschenden Rohrgeräuschen geweckt wurden, wenn die Gäste über uns geduscht haben.
Wir haben uns in dem Zimmer überhaupt nicht wohl gefühlt und finden das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis eine Frechheit.
