Pros:

Zentrale Lage in Osch. Die Zimmer sehr unterschiedlich. Beim ersten Aufenthalte sehr klein, beim zweiten Mal eine Suite, in der man hätte Fußball spielen können. Die Zimmer waren in jedem Falle alle sauber und bequem.
Das Restaurant haben wir nur zum Frühstück genutzt, das war absolut o.k.

Comfortable. Reception helpful.
Pros:

Nice room. Good breakfast

Cons:

Wi fi not good in our room. No spare toilet paper. Needed table in suite - room 319.

Nice place to stay in Osh
Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was amazing.

Удобное расположение

Cons:

Номер бронировали не двоих,в итоге получили номер подготовленный для одного (один комплект полотенец,один комплект принадлежностей для душа и т.д.) В душевой на полу обнаружили волосы,видимо предыдущих постояльцев, возникает вопрос к качеству уборки в номерах. Также было бы хорошо, чтобы при подготовке номера перед приездом гостей, в номере включали кондиционер.
В номере не работает стационарный телефон, пробовали дозвониться на ресепшен по мобильному, но тоже ничего не получилось (на стационарный номер не отвечают, а на мобильный сначала занято, а потом абонент вне зоны), поэтому пришлось несколько раз бегать с четвертого этажа на первый.
Завтрак в отеле с 7:30 до 10:00, мы спустились в 9 часов и от шведского стола уже мало чего осталось, даже элементарная яичница и та закончилась.

Odpoczynek po zwiedzaniu gór Kirgistanu.
Pros:

Wygodny hotel blisko centrum. Duży pokój. Parking przy hotelu. Pomocny personel. Dobre miejsce do odpoczynku po zwiedzaniu gór.

Cons:

Pokój był przygotowany dla jednej osoby, ale po zgłoszeniu tego w recepcji błąd szybko naprawiono.

1. 酒店前台扣下了我们的护照，直到离开前才还给我们，说是这个国家的规定，但是我在这个国家别的城市没有遇到这种情况。2. 我的房间马桶是晃动的，让我很不舒服。3. 房间空调也不制冷。总之 体验感很差。

Great stay !
Pros:

It was really comfortable, clean and the staff really helpful!

Cons:

The only disappointing part was the breakfast, unless you don’t go early, it run out of food quickly!

Cons:

The WIFI in our room was not working. When I asked about it nothing happened.
Also Breakfast was 30 minutes late after opening so we missed breakfast because we had to leave

Good value and convenient location
Pros:

Helpful staff, big room, convenient location, hot water

Cons:

WiFi not stable but usable, breakfast could have had more fruits but otherwise provided a lot of options.
