Nice for a one day trip .
Pros:

It was a cool spot the bed was comfortable I almost missed the show sleep.Breakfast was nice .The lady at the front desk held it down.

Cons:

Booking .Com seems like it did not communicate that I had paid for my booking already it was a little snag but it wasn’t that bad.

Worth the cost so the next time I’m back in town I’ll book here.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. I was surprised to see turkey sausage as the meat option so I thought that was a plus.

Cons:

My stay was for a weekend and everything I needed I got without asking so no dislikes from me.

We love Springhill Suites hotels, but this location did not meet our expectations
Pros:

The room itself is a good size and the location was good as well.

Cons:

We arrived just before midnight and exhausted. The room was hot so we turned the a/c up. It never turned on. It was 80 degrees all night. We went to sleep, but it never turned on. We didn't want to move rooms at 1am in the morning so we stayed in the room.

The elevator did not work. The down button, for the second floor at least, did not work. We had to press the up button and then go down.

It was cool there was a waffle machine, but all of the condiments were sticky and clearly not cleaned regularly.

The night customer service man was awesome

Cons:

I had someone playing on my phone calling multiple times asking can they have my number someone calling asking is my TV is working shower door handle was loose rightside curtain is broken or off track the furnace makes loud noise not quite enough on the floors but over very very nice night-time customer service

Good but overcharged
Pros:

Clean,location, room size

Cons:

They overcharged me by. $40- from the stated booking .com price$20- on the night I checked in, and another $20- for charges when I checked out. I made no extra charges.they gave me an updated invoice when I checked out and stated the $20 charge from checkin would be refunded to my card. As I walked out to my car another $20- charge was sent to my credit card. I went back in he assured me I would be refunded the $20, I pointed out it wasn’t $20 it was now $40-. I had to show them my charges to the credit card. He assured me it would be refunded, I have c9 tacked my credit card and am hoping they credit me as stated.
