The location is very convenient for reaching the international Terminal 2. It takes only 5 minutes to reach Terminal 2 by car. Hotel shuttle and Uber are available.
The room is new and well-designed.
The dinner buffet is excellent with various options including Indian, Mexican, Italian/Greek, and Pan-Asian cuisine. Staff are very helpful and attentive. I would like to give a compliment to both chefs, Dev and Dispreet, who made some delicious dishes for the buffet.
Really good experience .. staff is very humble
I stayed at Fairfield by Marriott Mumbai from 19 July to 20 July 2026 and was disappointed with the experience at the reception desk. Amit, who was attending the reception counter, was rude and unprofessional in his interaction. As a guest, I expected courteous and respectful service, especially during check-in and check-out, but unfortunately, that was not the case.
The experience left a negative impression and did not reflect the hospitality standards one would expect from a Marriott property. I hope the management reviews this feedback and takes appropriate steps to improve guest service.
It was lovely staying at this property. Miss Puja Sengupta treated me so well. Suggested me some good places. Hoping to visit again.
My stay was very pleasant at this property, complete hotel staff was very professional. General cleanliness and hygiene is great, the food quality and taste is amazing too. The rooftop swimming pool overlooking the airport view is surreal.
The housekeeping of the room was very good. Everyday bedding,linen, consumables were replenished and it felt like I stepped into a fresh room after check in. They even went out of the way to create cute gestures in the room. I would like to give a shout out to Radhika & Cornella of the housekeeping department for the comfortable stay.
Overall management and services also feel very premium.

I have stayed there at least 6 times previously, and I think it is perfect for flying out of India. It is clean and very comfortable. The beds are comfortable, and the room is perfect for 1 night either before travelling or arriving. I had dinner and breakfast included, and the cost was very reasonable.
The restaurant staff needs to be more vigilant about patrons using the correct utensils (not their hands or fingers) to put food on their plates. I stay at this hotel for the cleanliness and safety, and I was very upset when a guest was touching the food with her hands, and no one said anything to her.

Very nice food. Extremely well behaved staff. Rivaldo, Nebu,TARUN and a few more people were always around and offered us help before we could even ask. The menu for the buffet was very well selected and had tastefully prepared dishes. Worth visiting the place.
