Hotel staff were polite and supportive throughout the stay.
Rooms and overall property appearance were good.
Location near the airport looked convenient initially.
1.Breakfast experience was extremely crowded and poorly managed. Despite paying for breakfast, we had to wait nearly 15 minutes in queue for a table while travelling with a 3-year-old child. It felt more like a public gathering than a premium hotel experience.
2.After getting a table, there was no proper table numbering or coordination, making it difficult to explain seating arrangements to the counter staff.
3.Pool area was also overcrowded, with large groups occupying the space, making it uncomfortable for families with children. The hotel felt more suitable for bachelor groups than families.
4.Although the hotel is close to the airport, ongoing road construction caused travel time of around 30 minutes for just 3 km distance.
Transportation support was poor. Multiple Uber drivers cancelled rides, and the hotel did not have sufficient paid pickup/drop service availability to support guests properly.

Probably cost cutting issues and pressure from the top management.
Let the guest take the H20 Bottle, avoid saying that it's the hotel property. Be humble and go for such guest who shall continue with Fairfield in future.
Let reception area be more decorative and avoid being space conscious. Being generous shall fetch future businesses.
Always scope for improvement.

The most disappointing part of the stay was the breakfast staff, especially the bald staff member at the live counter. His behavior was extremely unprofessional and selective. He was attentive, polite, and quick to serve foreign guests, while repeatedly ignoring us.
We asked for live waffles and waited a long time. After reminding him again, he casually said, “It will come,” but it never did. Meanwhile, other guests were being attended to immediately. The difference in treatment was very noticeable and honestly felt discriminatory.
The other buffet staff were also inattentive and poorly trained. Basic hospitality and customer service were lacking throughout the breakfast experience. Instead of feeling welcomed as paying guests, we felt ignored and unimportant.
To make matters worse, I complained about this issue during checkout to a front desk staff member who appeared to be a manager. Instead of properly listening to the complaint or trying to address the situation seriously, he simply brushed it aside with a quick apology. He seemed more concerned about rushing us through checkout than actually listening to our concerns and improving the guest experience.
Management seriously needs to train the breakfast and front desk teams on professionalism, equal treatment of guests, and proper customer service.
