駅から近いこと。チェックイン、チェックアウトがスムーズだったこと。お部屋が広くて快適だった。

全体的には満足です
Pros:

ロビー、食堂
スタッフの心遣いがすごくよかった
室内の段差もなく、浴槽にも入りやすく快適でした

Cons:

予約の仕方を間違えたかもしれませんが、タバコのニオイがキツくて困りました

Pros:

とにかくコスパがいい。無料で朝食が付いていて6,300円で京都で泊まれるホテルはなかなかないのでよかった。
また、バスまでのアクセスもよく、四条や京都駅なども行きやすい。
スタッフさんの接客もよかった、あと朝食を作っているおばちゃん達の腕がいいのか、朝食が美味しかった笑！
また利用します！

Cons:

良くない点という訳ではないですが、観光地で安いからだと思いますが外国人の客が半分以上な気がします。ただほとんどの外国の方はマナーを守って使用されているので、大丈夫だと思います！
