また東横インを利用したい
Pros:

駅近　スーパー近く　部屋の掃除が行き届いており、清潔だった　掃除の女性従業員の方が親切　朝食のメニューが毎日変わって美味しかった

Cons:

チェックアウト時タクシーを呼んでもらおうと女性スタッフにお願いしたら、依頼せず電車が止まっているので時間がかかると言われたが、別の男性スタッフにお願いしたら３分で来てくれました
面倒くさがらず、一旦はやってもらいたかった

Pros:

スタッフの方が子供にもとても親切だった

Cons:

若干お部屋が暗め。
チェックインした時同じ階の別の部屋のお掃除をしてる途中で廊下に物がたくさん出ていて、チェックインができる時間帯の前に終わってるといいのになぁと思いました。

Pros:

清潔感があり綺麗。
必要最小限に揃っている。
お値段以上のものがある。
お茶やコーヒー、紅茶が自由に飲める。
チェックイン直後は疲れいるのでホテルで飲めるのはありがたい

エアコンの効きがイマイチだったかな？
外が暑かったのでそう感じました。

Exceptionally well stay!
Pros:

Very happy with my stay! Staff was very friendly and even provided towel at front desk when I arrived on a rainy day.
Breakfast has a variety of choices, from rice to bread and salad, which I’ve thoroughly enjoyed.
Location is also super convenient, station, supermarket and convenient stores are all a few mins away.

大満足です。
Pros:

チェックインもチェックアウトも、親切丁寧に対応していただきました。
今回の部屋は、最上階の14階で眺めも良く、きれいな部屋で快適に過ごすことができました。
