Great stay at Hanoi! They have a very helpful staff and the location is close to everything.
Pros:

Great location very close or walking distance to Train street, St Joseph church and other known tourist attractions.

Pros:

A very comfortable, small hotel in a good location, within walking distance of the lake and other attractions. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was tasty with enough options to choose from.
Our room didn’t have windows, but considering how noisy and busy the street is that might actually have been a plus.

Cons:

The main downside was the poor soundproofing. In particular, if you open the small service window connecting the rooms, you can constantly hear other guests flushing the toilet, which can be quite disturbing. However, based on our other stays around Vietnam, we’ve realized that this seems to be a fairly common issue with the way buildings are constructed here.

Location was perfect! As a solo traveller I like to be able to walk around and explore the Vacanza was located perfectly

Cons:

Not all rooms have windows which I didnt kniw was a thing but all good just got out and about more.

A wonderful stay with lovely staff, a great room, and a perfect location in Hanoi.
Pros:

We had a wonderful experience! The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. They offer airport transfers, a travel agency service, great local recommendations, and even currency exchange at a very good rate. The room was great, and the location was perfect, with some excellent bánh mì and phở places just around the corner.

Cons:

Honestly, nothing. We had a great stay.

The best thing about the hotel is the room. It is small but very well designed. The housekeeping staff are very efficient, and the hotel is generally clean.

Cons:

The website states that breakfast is included, but when you arrive at the hotel, they tell you that your room does not include breakfast, once you payed for It, If you go to breakfast after 8:30 a.m., almost everything is gone and they do not replenish the food. For à la carte service, you have to go and ask at the front desk or figure it out yourself, since there are no waiters outside attending to guests.
