The hotel staff informed me that the hotel was fully booked and assigned me a room designed for guests with special needs. However, I noticed that the lobby was almost empty, which made me doubt whether the hotel was actually full. In addition, the room was missing some standard amenities, such as a hairdryer.

تم وصولي في تمام الساعة 4 مساء وطلبت مني الموظفه الانتظار فأنتظرت ما يقارب 10 دقايق وذهبت الموظف للتأكد من الغرفة حسب كلام الموظف الأخر وبعد رجوعها افادت ان الغرفة غير جاهزة وتستغرق ما يقارب ثلث ساعة مما اضطررت في مغادرة الفندق وعدم السكن فيه

Would stay again, but would check bedding setup, and ask for extra attention to cleaning

Good Location and quality of room fitout is great.

Cons:

Booked 1 bedroom place for 2 adults 2 kids. Didn't realize this would not include a fold out bed or something for the kids - so we all squashed into one bed. Also, only 2 towel sets provided. Room was also not cleaned very well - marks and sticky places on surfaces. a wet wipe removed them quickly, showing cleaning wasn't done to a great standrd.
