It's nice, location is nice and soo are the staff, but I felt something were missing, I can't explain what, but could do with some more off improvement.
I didn't say that I didn't like it, but as I have said, it could do with some more improvement. Don't really know what, but I leave it to the management.

1. The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially the receptionists ie Mahlik, Henrietta, and the other girls.
2. The room was spacious enough and had a wide balcony.
3. Breakfast is alright and the restaurant runs 24/7 so you can get meals whenever you want

1. The bathrooms a bit older but atleast they are kept clean.

Location, very safe but far from amenities as described, I had a booking at the Hotel, that is great, I normally stay at the hotel, but then last minute they move me to the apartment that is about 10 min drive from hotel
All things were okay apart from some delay in arranging my room

The hotel is safe and has security. The breakfast is good.
The cleanliness is a serious issue. I found cockroaches in the hotel, I have photos! , which was very disappointing. The staff were also not friendly at all. I had just come from an excellent experience in Kenya, so I was really shocked and disappointed by what happened here.
Very clean, comfortable bed. Nice food at restaurant. Agents well mannered and trained furthermore agents are customer oriented !
