Wonderful place for staycation
Pros:

We liked the ambience and location of the hotel. Hospitable staff. Good Indoor pool which was a plus point for the stay during summer.

Cons:

There was a slight delay in room service however it has not impacted on our overall stay experience. Also the coffee machine malfunction was not attended in time at Satsuma restaurant.

إقامة جيدة جدا فقط اهتمام ببركة السباحة من حيث اضافة التكييف

سهولة تسجيل الدخول ومرونة المغادرة مؤخرًا وشكر خاص لموظفي الاستقبال خاصة الأستاذ عين الأردني

Cons:

حمام السباحة يحتاج اهتمام اكثر من ناحية ان يكون مكيف وتنقية المياة فيها نسبة تعكير بسيطة
