2 star at best- better listed as a Hostel
Pros:

If you view this place like a Hostel, then it is doable. Originally we were meant to stay for 3nights, but cancelled the last 2 nights and moved to the Boma hotel.

The staff were really nice, but facilities are run down.

Yes, true "The Royal House "
Pros:

Rooms, though we're not too spacious but very clean with daily change of beddings, breakfast was great with fresh juices and fruits, with excellent selection buffet side and different omelette prepared by the chef .Dolphin, the lady waitress, was very polite and helpful and always made sure we were ok.She kept the breakfast experience great.

Cons:

They didn't have the facility to change foreign currency.
