Άνετο και πολύ καθαρό δωμάτιο.
Μύριζε υπέροχα με το που έμπαινες. Αλλαζανε τις πετσέτες και στρώνανε το κρεβάτι καθημερινά.

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff made us feel comfortable and the restaurant next door is a huge plus.
Pros:

The bus is right in front of the hotel and the train is less than 15 minutes away walking. There is a restaurant right next door with great food and great service. The ac worked really well, which was great on those hot days. And the wifi also worked really well.

Cons:

It was a bit of a distance from Florence, about an hour on train. But the proximity of the train made up for it.

An exceptional people
Pros:

We had an excellent experience staying at this hotel in Tuscany. Everything was clean, well-organized, and exactly what you would expect from a comfortable stay. The location is also very convenient, especially because it is close to the train station.

What truly made this place special, however, was the hotel management. The staff were incredibly kind, respectful, and genuinely welcoming. They went far beyond what is normally expected — helping us with our luggage, offering us coffee and water for free, and always making sure we were comfortable.

Even though they don’t really speak English, they never made us feel like strangers or uncomfortable at all. On the contrary, they made every effort to communicate and made us feel completely at home.

At one point, when we had trouble finding food, they even personally drove us to a nearby town so we could get something to eat. That level of care and hospitality is rare and unforgettable.

Highly recommended for anyone looking not just for a place to stay, but for a truly warm and human experience.
