The amenities, the service, the hospitality was great. It was our second time coming and there was so much attention to detail.

Everything was excellent. A wonderful, quiet place — perfect for relaxing and disconnecting. The staff were attentive, kind, and always ready to help.

The place was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The rooms were spacious, and all the necessary amenities were provided.
The location was convenient, peaceful, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Everything was exactly as described, and we truly felt at home throughout our stay.

well, first , congratulation on the cleanliness of the area, the staffs were very nice and helpful. the pool are well maintained, the facilities provided are in the best condition. The room was very clean and spacious.

The staff were professional, friendly, and always eager to help; the resort was clean, airy, and charming. The food and facilities were excellent. The atmosphere remained peaceful even during the busy weekend. The swimming pool was fantastic.

The lobby staff were very friendly and welcoming upon our arrival. The room was ready before the official check-in time (2 PM), and since we arrived early, we were able to leave our luggage and explore the area while we waited. The room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast included all the essential staples. Overall, it was a fantastic stay!

The room was perfect with everything you need at hand. Very comfy beds and exceptional breakfast. Very pleasant stay even though for one night. Highly recommend to all visiting Vang Vieng.

We were thoroughly pleased with Sansan Resort. As this was our first time traveling abroad, we were a bit apprehensive at first, but the staff and the resort itself were truly wonderful. The beds were comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, and they even offered free luggage storage and early check-in.

The view from the balcony was amazing. Comfortable, great value for money. Very good breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff.

The resort and staff are exceptional, good size room and bathroom, excellent breakfast.
The staff go the extra mile to make your stay more enjoyable and pleasant. They even made us breakfast to go the night before as we were leaving very early in the morning.

We were truly pleased with the breakfast, the amenities, the comfort of the bed, and many other aspects. Everything was meticulously attended to, ensuring a wonderful experience for us. My wife really loves this place, and we consider it our favorite resort.

The breakfast was very good, the spa was nice. The staff were super friendly and in genral very good resort. Clean new and well maintained.
