Family Birthday Trip! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Pros:

I loved how close to the Metro Station it was! Also, my kids LOVED the social lounge. Before bed we went up, played Yahtzee, Scrabble, boggle, some pool and even fooze ball! Such a great venue! We will be back for sure!

Cons:

Although it is a very kid friendly room, there was a lot of glassware and a glass dinner table. I'd love to see some safer options!

Eu e a minha familia, gostamos da localização, do conforto dos apartamentos, o edifício e limpo e organizado o pessoal de serviço foi muito atencioso, também apreciamos pelo facto de ter quase tudo proximo dos apartamento.

Pros:

Nuestra estadía en Washington D. C. fue muy confortable. El alojamiento estaba cerca del metro, lo que nos permitió trasladarnos fácilmente a todos lados. Muy seguro y tranquilo.

Cons:

Un detalle es explicar mejor como instalar la aplicación en el celular. esta muy confusa.

I now have figured out the difference between bedroom types. In a previous stay I had a bedroom with a private door. This room was more like an inefficiency room which did not have a private door on the bedroom. My next visit I’ll know what to ask for. The communication was a bit difficult. I called several times with no response, sent emails. I was trying to see if I could change rooms for an apartment with a door on the bedroom. I would have been willing to pay an additional fee but after three days before I received an explanation I had to figure out something with my sons stay with me. We were moving him and I had planned for him to stay until we could get his home situated.

Great for long-term stay in a secure luxury building--just don't expect prompt help.
Pros:

This is a furnished short-term apartment in a luxury high-rise building. For a multi-day stay, it was great to have a good kitchenette and separate sleeping spaces (bed area/couch) for my son and me. The rooftop pool area was very nice, about 20 yards long so reasonable for laps; not crowded and plentiful seating. Roof top has a view of the Capitol dome. I also discovered the fantastic coworking area, a great place to get work done. Public areas were all very well kept. Great for a long-term stay. I wish I had paid a little more for a balcony but was happy to discover access to the outdoor courtyard spaces. I would happily come back for a longer-term visit (especially during pool season). There is no restaurant on-site but a terrific restaurant down the block and easy walk to basics (Subway, Chipotle, Starbucks, grocery store and CVS).

Cons:

The downside to an apartment vs hotel is it's hard to get help. The front desk is not there to manage move-in or provide assistance; they work for the Revel residents, not Global Luxury Apartment renters. There is supposedly an office on the third floor but it has weird hours and I was never able to find it. The "24-hour support" takes hours to respond to text and email. I understand why, but like I said, it's a downside to not being in an actual hotel. The only real problem I had was getting the Door app up and running. It's a secure building so you need access to get in the door, into common areas and into your room. The app instructions were conflicting ("Download the Latch app" was wrong) and confusing. Ultimately I just used the key codes, which were annoying but got easier over time.

Excellent serviced apartment just outside the main DC area.
Pros:

The location is in a relatively newly developed part of DC near Union Station known as NoMA (North of Massachusetts Ave) There are a few meal options nearby as well as two decent supermarkets one block away. The apartment was spacious and had all the things we needed for our one-week stay. Lime bikes and scooters were available nearby and these allowed quick access to the monuments and museums without having to walk in the heat of the day. The rooftop pool (with lifeguard) was a welcome relief each afternoon and you had a great view of the Capitol building from up there.

Cons:

These apartments are a wing of managed apartments that are in a larger complex (Revel) with private residents. As such, the ground floor reception is only for residents - and all the communication we had with Global Luxury Suites was via email. This wasn't an issue - the instructions for the app that gave you door, lift and room access were clear and worked well for us. The water pressure however was woeful - and not something that can be fixed during a stay.

Pros:

L’appartement était propre, très bien agencé et spacieux. La présence d’une machine à laver et du sèche linge est très pratique.

Cons:

La proximité de la voie ferrée provoque du bruit la nuit, gros défaut du lieu car empêchant de se reposer pleinement la nuit. Par ailleurs nous avions besoin d’un adaptateur pour charger un ordinateur et il n’y avait pas de prêt possible.
