Pros:

Nos encantó la ubicación, el cuarto amplio y limpio, las camas muy cómodas, los amenities muy bien y también el buen servicio consistente de todo el personal, tanto de quien te recibía en la puerta de la entrada, como en recepción como en el desayuno.

Cons:

El desayuno es de calidad media y a un precio muy alto de 34 euros por persona. En general el pan en Madrid es bueno, pero el del hotel era malo. Los huevos hechos de diferentes formas pero básicos e incipientes. Aunque tienes la opción de buffet o a la carta (que es buena la opción), la variedad y calidad de los alimentos es limitada para el costo del mismo. Justo al lado del hotel puedes encontrar mucho mejores opciones para desayunar a una tercera parte del precio. Ojalá el Hotel no baje la guardia en ese sentido porque en todo lo demás muy bien. Nosotros estuvimos 4 días, los dos primeros desayunamos ahí y ya los demás en otro lugar de los alrededores más baratos y mejores.

Muy lindo hotel, chiquito pero acogedor y muy bien ubicado.
Pros:

Tiene dispenser de agua en cada piso! Me pareció muy práctico.
El desayuno muy completo.

Cons:

Que la habitación no estaba lista a la hora del check in, tuve que esperar un rato para poder ingresar a pesar de que ya era el horario.
