I highly recommend this beautiful property. This hotel is conveniently located in the center of Madrid. It is walking distance to restaurants, night life and transportation, although the amazing comfort of the bed makes it difficult to get up. My fiancé and I were there for a concert. Guest services decorated our room tastefully and on theme. I can't wait to come back! Hands down one of my favorite properties!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, providing everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The pool area was beautifully maintained and perfect for unwinding after a busy day.

What truly made our experience exceptional was the staff. Every team member was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. A special mention goes to Jorge, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. His warm hospitality, attention to detail, and genuine care for guests made a lasting impression. Thank you, Jorge, and the entire team for such a fantastic experience. We look forward to returning!

Best hotel under the Hilton group I've ever stayed at by far. We arrived early off an overnight flight and as soon as we hit the front door, we were made to feel so welcome. At reception, we were offered a welcome drink of either water or bubbles! As a diamond member, we were upgraded to a suite that was more like an apartment over looking Gran Vis. I must mention the rooftop bar and pool with stunning views of Madrid. The bar seems to be a hit with the locals at night. Breakfast is one of the best I've seen. Warning, if you don't like a bit of noise at night, this may not be for you based on the location. Speaking of location, amazing spot, 30 seconds to metro, Hop on/off bus stop is across the street and plenty of restaurants to choose from and walking distance to the attractions.

Amazing 5 star experience in our stay! Impeccable service and the staff made it a special experience for us while we were here for our honeymoon. Our room was very clean and well maintained The rooftop bar had an amazing atmosphere the bartenders provided us with an exceptional service as well. Overall the staff were very welcoming and professional. They even helped us set up a taxi upon our departure. 5 star hotel, I would recommend to all.

Amazing in every way! Super cool vibe on roofdeck day and late night!! Rooms we’re so comfortable especially the bed ! So comfortable!!! Spotless!!!! Everyone was soooooo friendly and helpful too! Breakfast buffet was outstanding too! Can’t wait to return!

Our stay was simple amazing! The entire staff and hotel had such a positive vibe. Never have we stayed where everyone was so happy and helpful! Food was delicious and drinks and energy at roof top bar was superb. We felt like VIP! On our last day the Pope/Papa was in town the staff was so helpful trying to help us navigate how to get to Airport because all street were closed for the Pope event. When we went downstairs to start a journey with 3 luggages, Vangelis was giving us directions then he like no I am got to help you guys he walked us and flag us down a taxi. He made our trip a Wow factor! Vangelis is a Star Employee he went above and beyond made our trip to Madrid extra special with his kindness!

Hotel Montero was one of the best places to stay. Service at the rooftop was top notch and the ro was large and very comfortable . But what made the trip was our final day . Pope Leo was in Madrid doing a mass and we were on our way to the airport for a midday flight . Vangellis went way out of his way to find an officer to see where we could catch a taxi . He ran 3 blocks with luggage in tow to ensure we got one this avoiding taking the Metro . In all my years of traveling and having stayed at hiltons all over the world , this one is at the top of my list for an AMAZING HOTEL with an AMAZING STAFF Thank you Vangellis

Our stay at this hotel was exceptional. From the moment we checked in to the moment we left, every staff member was warm, attentive, and made us feel completely at home. The location is unbeatable, with easy access to all the places we wanted to explore and dine. Breakfast was also a standout, offering excellent quality and variety. We would happily stay here again on our next visit to Madrid.

Located in the heart of Madrid’s city center, the property was upscale and well appointed. The thoughtful extra of thermal water bottle on loan for your stay and filtered water stations on each flor was just lovely. Checking was smooth and front desk staff were kind, efficient and very welcoming. Our bags were delivered to our room before we even finished the checkin process, but Anthony, one of the bellmen, escorted us to our room and graciously provide a brief orientation to our room and the hotel’s amenities. He and his fellow bellman also provided great dining suggestions and directions to various hot spots in the area. It was a lovely stay and fair value for the spend. .

Excellent location within walking distance of many major sites including The Thyysen and Prado museums and the Royal Palace. Located in a pedestrian area with lots of shops, restaurants, and beautiful architecture.

The rooms were superb, beds extremely comfortable, rooms were meticulously maintained and had all the best comforts.

The hotel staff were very good and took care of us in an excellent manner, which contributed to our wonderful stay!
