The hotel was beautiful, modern and very clean. The location was perfect, right in the heart of Madrid, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.

The extra prime location. Very crowded and dirty around the hotel. And there is no sign outside the hotel, so you really need to search for it
