I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. I didn’t have breakfast because I’m not a morning person, but everything else was great. The counter staff were exceptionally kind, friendly, and always willing to help with any questions. Their warm hospitality made my stay comfortable, and I would happily recommend this hotel to others.🧡🙏

Only room size and location are satisfactory.
The receptionist and his response were not satisfactory. The door lock mechanism was out of order. I reported to the receptionist and said it is a battery issue and they will change and solve the issue immediately. I left the access card and went outside for shopping. When returning from shopping, the receptionist handed over the access card and said the door issue has been solved. However, when I closed and checked the door, the issue was not solved. After closing the door, it was not securely locked anyone can easily open the door from outside.
Additionally, the bedsheet and duvet cover were not cleaned. It seems like they have not changed after the previous occupier checked out. Some issued towels are not soft and are too old. I have spoken with the receptionist, but he did not take it seriously and said all are the same, which disappointed me and I have changed the hotel.
Everything. Lovely garden, the location is perfect, staff are all helpful and friendly. A boutique hotel at a budget price is about right

Не было идеальной чистоты, фото не совсем соответствуют реальности, было очень шумно ночью из-за соседнего кафе, где была вечеринка. Можно переночевать в случае экстренной необходимости, но не уютно.
