Pros:

Clean and friendly staff.

Cons:

Location wasn't horrible for the area but in general on the fringe. It was fine. I didn't like paying an exorbitant amount for parking. It a pet peeve. The trains rain all morning. They whistle and wake you from sound sleep then you hear the really long trains on the tracks. It seemed endless. I didn't sleep well.

Fantastic location, friendly staff, nice to have a pool.
Pros:

Brilliant location, a short stroll to Frenchman street and yet reasonably quiet.
Pool was ideal for the children and for cooling off. It had a large shaded area from lunchtime onward which was ideal for lessening risk of sunburn on hot days!
Clean. Very friendly, attentive staff.
Relatively good value.

Cons:

The breakfast was all served on paper plates with plastic cutlery which seems rather wasteful. It was also almost all heavily processed food which may be all that is available.

Pros:

Most comfy bed, bedding,and pillows.
Pool was open n empty.
The balcony is absolutely amazing!!
N was a great experience, especially for the price.
Can't wait to book another stay ASAP!!
Also but not to be underestimated, the hot free breakfast.
Don't forget the free hot coffee served all day, with all the fixings!
My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves there.

Cons:

Didn't like that we couldn't stay a longer stay.

Clean, good parking choices, it was quite & guy at checkin!

Cons:

The morning staff, the female wasn't kind, welcoming nor friendly. The guy at checkin was amazing though, I think his name was Mark or Will, he's awesome, the woman at church out horrible but polite or welcoming at all! Also didn't like that the fridge didn't have a mini freezer like usual fridges.

Pros:

The staff, including the manager, were exceptionally accommodating, even for a very late check in. The location is very convenient. It is nice to stay at a local hotel vs a chain.

Die Zimmer waren schön gross und sauber. Es war alles in Ordnung. Das Personal war zuvorkommend und freundlich. Der Parkplatz war teuer aber dafür stand das Auto sicher. Das Frühstück für amerikanische Verhältnisse gut

Cons:

Leider war das shampoo leer.... ist nicht witzig wenn man nass unter der Dusche steht. Und am ersten Tag war kein Roomservice da.

Extremely pleased with hotel and its location. Very clean and spacious rooms. Great staff (Q was my favorite, very welcoming, personable and super helpful). Only a block away from Frenchman St - great location. Excellent breakfasts!

El mejor lugar para alojarse en Nueva Orleans
Pros:

El hotel es muy nuevo. Está muy bien ubicado, cerca del French Quartier pero sin ruido . Las habitaciones son grandes y cómodas, todo muy bueno y de excelente calidad. El desayuno también es muy bueno . Lo recomiendo.
