Excellent Stay!
Pros:

Breakfast was great! The food was delicious and the serving area was spacious and clean. We enjoyed the dining/lounge area. It was comfortable and spacious as well. The service staff at breakfast and the front desk staff were all pleasant and eager to assist.

I enjoyed my stay and will book again if I’m in the area.
Pros:

It was really nice and clean.

Cons:

I really don’t have any negative comments about the property. The only problem I encountered was when we checked in and had to change rooms due to a dog barking loudly (after 10 pm). The desk clerk quickly handled the issue and assigned us to another room.

Pros:

Breakfast was excellent so many options to choose from .

Cons:

I did not like having to pay for secured parking otherwise we would have had to park on the street . Wish that would have been described when booking was made online

We really enjoyed our stay here!
Pros:

The location was great, since we were at walking distance from the French Quarter, but at the same time, away from the noise and bustle. Having a gated parking area was also good!

Cons:

Front desk staff was rude or not even there to address any issues. I have never stayed at a Hilton property that only gives housekeeping every other day. And given that this is New Orleans at a big party weekend, if you sleep past noon on that one day you might get service. You miss it. Front desks answer was if you want towels or coffee or anything come down four floors to the desk

Good 1 time visit.
Pros:

Good coffee, clean rooms.

Cons:

Area is a little sketchy. Paying$46 a night for parking is a joke. I would have probably stayed somewhere else!
